If you order something from them....good luck on getting it! I ordered 4 items the 1st week of May....I got 2 in July and am still waiting for one which is now scheduled for August (if that even happens). I canceled the other one that I was tired of waiting for!  The availability of the items is a joke....wouldn't recommend ordering anything that you actually want for the same season...if you ever get it at all!

I purchase from Boston Proper all the time. Yes, they are a little high priced but pretty good quality and usually in stock. Only thing I would like to see them change would be more choices in sizing. Otherwise all in all feel they do a good job.

I have shopped this catalog frequently and found the quality of the clothing to be very good. However their shipping charges are almost double what you would see with a comparable catalog. The prices are high so with the shipping charges it is no longer economical to buy from this catalog

Absolutely the worst experience. I received a gift certificate and was unable to use it on their site. I had to call in the order and even then they didn't confirm the certificate number. Then, my order came stuffed in an envelop which was $15 to ship. I had to return the items and since I see no credit/refund from 3 weeks ago, I had to call and am now told it takes up to 4 weeks AND they deduct another $5.95 from my credit/refund. They have no record of the return and they are very behind. This is archaic. I did email them once and never received a reply.
