Shopping at Guitar Hero store was a wonderful experience. The price was exceptional, ordering was easy, and it arrived within 4 days. I was totally suprised it arrived in such a short period of time. I was disappointed that my children were home when it arrived it came so fast I didn't have time to plan on how or where to hide it. I don't remember if they offered gift wrap or not, however the mailing label clearly said Guitar Hero Store.

Very positive experience! The products were sold at terrific prices, plus they gave an additional 10% off, plus free express shipping by Christmas! The ordering process was quick and painless. My only suggestion would be to add the option of the website of comparing products, because I did have to go between several screens in order to decide which products were best for me.

I was relieved to find the complete package of Guitar Hero for the Wii system (including several track packs) as this was high on the wish list. ordered item K0522, complete guitar hero set , received part of shipment but stated full order shipped, customer service is non existence, will not answer phones , check out other websites about there reviews, will never use this place again, stated on there website they don't sell backordered items!! what a joke. SO FAR SO GOOD. IT IS NOT OPENED YET, AS IT IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. I CANNOT ATTEST TO WHETHER IT WORKS PROPERLY YET. ONE THING THAT BOTHERS ME IS THE USE OF U.P.S. AS THE DELIVERY CARRIER. UNLIKE FEDEX OR THE U.S.P.S., UPS DOES NOT TAKE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD THE ITEM WHEN DELIVERING. THEY CONTINUE TO KNOCK ONCE AND LEAVE PACKAGE AT DOOR. I NOT ONLY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BUT HAVE ALSO WITNESSED THIS AT MY NEIGHBORS RESIDENCES. REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE, OR THE DESCRIPTIVE MARKINGS/PRINT ON THE OUTER PACKAGE, THEY JUST LEAVE THE ITEMS AT THE DOOR, REGARDLESS IF ITS A HOUSE OR APARTMENT. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR PROCEDURES AT ALL.
