Extremely slow shipping. I called and was told my order would have shipped out 2 weeks ago. I called back and it still hasn't shipped out. Very poor customer service and slow shipping. Also very expensive shipping.

When the item I originally ordered was not in stock, I received a phone call offering a substitute item at the same price, and the item ws shipped very quickly after I approved the substitution. I view that as good customer service.

While the overall experience was very good, there was one battery that I ordered that was out-of-stock. Instead of being sent a battery of higher quality or higher cost, or the item being put on back order, a battery of lesser quality and cost was sent to me in its place. I called the company and was promised that the original battery would be sent when it came in, but I still have not received it. It is a very small item, but it seems to me that it should have been handled better. That said, the shipment arrived within one day of my placing the order which I thought was excellent.

The only concern is that I received an email showing that the package was coming via Post Office mail although I had requested (UPS Ground). I emailed about this but was never contacted. My package came as I ordered it. So, I was a bit confused.
