This store had the best selection and prices of all the places I looked at. I purchased from Breast Pumps Direct because they were very helpful when I had questions, and seemed to know a great deal about the products they sell. The CSR I spoke with told me everything I needed to know about the pumps they carried, which made my decision much easier.

I like that they offer the bundled breast pumping kits, which include all the different accessories that you might need. Overall I was really pleased with my purchase and my experience dealing with Breast Pumps Direct.

Breast Pumps Direct was the first place I found online when looking for a breast pump. After going through the website, I felt like I knew everything there was to know about breast pumps. They have a plethora of articles and how-to's about choosing the right pump, as well as information about different types of pumps and features.

I ended up speaking to a woman through the chat room they have, which I thought was a nice feature. She was able to help me decide on the right pump for my needs, and I've been completely satisfied with my purchase.

I was also pleasantly surprised to receive my order 2 days after purchasing, with free shipping! In my previous experiences with online purchases, free shipping usually meant it was 5 days or more.

All in all, I was quite satisfied with customer service as well as the product I received. The packaging was also very thorough and secure.

Product missing pieces, box cut open, scuff marks on pump base, charged us for Shipping and Handling when it was suppose to be free. Very Unhappy!!!

Delivery speed: Extremely fast delivery. I ordered my Breast Pump on a Sunday evening and they were delivered to me on Tuesday! I was very surprised they arrived so quickly!

Order accuracy: Items were received exactly as ordered.

Customer service: I promptly received an email after placing my online order confirming my order and availability. Then, shortly after that, I received another email confirming that the order had been sent out for delivery. It also contained my tracking number. I felt as though I was kept well informed of my order progress.

Overall satisfaction: Although, I was somewhat apprehensive to place an order with a small, unknown company on the internet, I am highly pleased with my experience with this merchant and would absolutely recommend them and will definitely do business with Breast Pumps Direct again! =)

The glass baby bottles were in stock and shipped right away. Two other merchants had them on backorder, and one cancelled my order because the glass baby bottles were not available. Strange.

I ordered this product over 10 days ago, with an estimated delivery date of 3 to 7 days. As yet, I have received NOTHING. I have not received any confirming email from this company. I dont even know if it was ever mailed BUT my credit card was charges. This is NOT a reliable vendor.

The buying a breast pump guide was a big help in choosing my breast pump. I received my pump in 2 days with ground shipping! I am a happy mother.

Update: I had a problem with my pump yesterday and I called Customer Service. They were able to help me get in touch with the manufacturer and they shipped me a brand new breastpump.
I really enjoy using this pump. I have been using for 5+ months now. I work part time but pump at work. I pump 2 or 3 times at work. It only takes two seconds to set up and clean. I would be giving this pump 5 stars if it only came as a double. O yeah It's also easy on you nipples. Great price. I will be sad to retire it.
