I used their website and their prices are $20 (or more) cheaper than anywhere else. The 2 day shipping is free and so is the return shipping. They even threw in a very nice technical shirt for $7. You just can't beat that. I also had to call customer support prior to my order for information and a very nice person answered immediately and answered my question. They delivered as promised and I will definitely be using them again.

This was my first order from the Running Warehouse.  I was a little cautious about ordering from them because their prices were much lower than any of the other sellers.  But after reading the excellent reviews I decided to give them a try.  The shipping couldn't be faster.  I live on Cape Cod and the shoes arrived from Calif. 2 days after I ordered them.  Not bad for free shipping.  I haven't had to contact their customer service dept. yet so I can't comment on that.
Basically, I got exactly what I ordered very quickly.

What a great variety of running shoes for forefoot runners. Low prices and quick delivery. "Racing flats" are almost impossible to find in Europe in size US 13. I will in future buy my running shoes at Running Warehouse. I recommend the site anytime.

I had a very pleasant experience and got a great price on the shoes I bought. I always buy the same running shoes and look for sales on the previous year's model. Running Warehouse had my size in stock at a very reasonable price. Checkout was easy, and the shoes arrived quickly and in great shape. This is exactly what internet shopping should be about...quick, cheap, convenient.
