I am shocked and thrilled at my buying experience from PlanetOfficeFurniture.com!! I was really worried about ordering from them because I'd never heard of them before but they had the filing cabinet that I wanted at the best price so I took a chance. The price was $25 less than the next lowest price, after factoring in shipping. They charged no sales tax and NO shipping even though it had to be delivered by freight because of the size and weight (came via R&L Carriers). I ordered the Hon 210 4 drawer filing cabinet on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday - unbelievable. I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. I am giving them a 5 star rating for customer service due to the fact that my order was filled accurately and shipped promptly. I never had to call them. PlanetOfficeFurniture.com is at the top of my vendor list.
