Bowl Bound was the only merchant to sell this product with this particular NCAA logo. The product arrived with one of two buckles broken which was frustrating but I needed the product more than I had the time to send it back for a replacement. This is the only product I have ordered from Bowl Bound that was not 100%. It was still 90% serviceable and I needed it for a tailgating event. I have looked for this product with other logos but even Bowl Bound was out of them. Overall, Bowl Bound is still a very good place to look for NCAA products and generally is the first place I look for those types of items.

I was told in a e-mail that the only size you carried was 7 3/4. I received a 7 3/8. Did not receive any paper work with order.

My experience was negative and unacceptable.  I have never seen such a non existent level of customer service.  I was lied to multiple times.  My item was not shipped out as promised and when I inquired about the item, the lies began.  My item was needed for a specific date for my son, needless to say he didn't get the item from this "business."  Luckily, I was able to locate the item from another, real business and not only receive it in time, but a day earlier than I had expected it, which is odd since I was told by this "business" that there was no way it could be sent to me and delivered by my requested date-just one of the many lies I was told.  The staff didn't care to rectify my situation or complaint, there was NO concern for satisfying the customer at all. It is beyond my comprehension how a "business" can operate with such rudeness and bad communication.  I would never shop here again nor would I ever refer this place to anyone else.  Completely unsatisfactory.

they said that they had the nfl eagles backpack and it would be shipped out.it wasnot.they also said they sent me a e-mail to tell me it was out of stock and i never got ANY e-mail,my grandson was looking for it for the first day of school and i had to tell him it was not coming.thank you patty shinazy

I was told the item was out of stock and that I would be notified when it was available. Within a week I received an e-mail indicating the tent was back in stock and could be ordered. I immediately placed the order and then received an e-mail later that morning saying the item was not in fact, in stock. I replied wanting to know what had happened and the answer I received was that they miscalculated the available item by 1 and that I would not be receiving it afterall. They also said that the item would not be available in the future.

Initally I had decided never to shop at Bowl Bound again because the shipping/handling was much too high: $10 for 2 thin decals. When I contacted Bowl Bound, they agreed and refunded me $3. But next time I will need to find out the shipping/handling before I make my purchase. If it is still high I won't shop there.
