Horrible company....never buy from them! Never received my complete order, contacted them the only way possible through the web inquiry customer service form and never heard back.  No packing slip in the box and the box looked like it was packed by a 1st grader!  No refund given to me either!  No customer service number to call either....they suck!

I ordered 1 each of 7 different cartridges for an Epson Stylus R1800. I ordered TO54120,220,230,420,720,820 and 920. I received only TO54720 and 120. My
credit card was charged for the entire amount of $99.01.I filed a ticket on their website and received a FedEx delivery a few days later. It contained TO 54420, 54320, 54420. I was still missing TO 54820 and TO 54920 so I filed another ticket. I eventually received the final 2 cartridges a few days later. this was my first and last experience with them. No acknowledgment of problems, no apologies, just automated replies and 2 weeks of continual follow ups to get my order. They make it too hard to do business with them.

Can not believe shopping.com would allow companies like this on your site! Worst service I have ever received online. The company misrepresented everything from offering items they didn't have to making up stories about releasing my order to distribution to send 10 days late when it should have been a one day turnover to telling me they were out and would not ever carry the item again to holding my money for two extra days after holding it 14 days because they were having problems with accounting. Although their mission statement expresses to meet and exceed your needs and expectations, none of this is followed by the company whatsoever. Stay far away from Tonermax unless your accustomed to parting with your money and getting a bunch of general information and half-witted excuses.

I ordered 1 drum and 1 toner cartridge at the same time. That was on the 27 Aug. I received the toner cartridge quickly. Today as Sept. 6. I have not been notified that the drum has shipped (it was not part of the initial shipment) and it has been nearly a week after the order. The info. said the item was available and in stock. I wonder what is hapening.

My account was charged immediately for the product. Apparently the order was "rejected". I did not receive a notice that it was rejected. THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE to try to contact them. They did eventually give a full refund, but with no explanation.

First time buyer--product appears to be of good quality, so far. Will definitely reorder. Next time will allow a little more time for arrival of product 7-10 days. Since it is for a older machine it might have caused the delay. But it was worth the wait.

I ordered three cartridges for $72.80.  I never received the order but my credit card was charged.  I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund, receiving generic responses from TonerMax.  The website does not have a phone number.  To me, this business is a scam.

After a week from the online purchase, I just received an email stating that the distributor should be sending the ink soon and they would notify me when it was being shipped. Unfortunately, I needed the ink asap and am not able to print in color until I receive the order. I have decided that next time, I should just take the time to drive to a store and purchase it.
