Wetsuit Wearhouse

I bought a 2.5mm women's NeoSport XSPAN wetsuit vest from wetsuitwearhouse.com. It did keep my core body temperature warmer during exercising in the pool like I intended. It is flexible, easy to put on and take off and perfect for what I need. EXCEPT it stretched after 2 wearings and now no longer helps - it's a nuisance to wear and ineffective because of the poor fit

At $30 per wearing, this product is not cost effective. I feel ripped off and that I should have been originally advised to buy a size smaller by their "expert" when I called to ask for advice before buying. When I called to ask if there is anything that can be done about a wetsuit vest that has gotten too big, the customer service representative admitted that sometimes they do stretch and offered me a "deal" on the purchase of a size smaller. Shame on wetsuitwearhouse.com for ripping off their customer.

It was a very good experience. I am new to the product category. I got the perfect product for my sport, winter kayaking, to protect my feet in cold water. However, a friend told me what to order. If i had not had that referral, I am not sure i would have found the right product on wetsuit wearhouse, OR on any other web site for that matter. It would help if they had a product wizard that asked me why i was looking on their site, asked me a few basic questions, then directed me to some product options. Also, it would help to know the differences between the different thicknesses, 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, and what that means to me for protection or warmth.
