My purchase of a grill from Rainbow Appliance Online Store went smoothly.  Price, delivery and billing was exactly as expected.  My grill was delivered directly to my garage with no shipping cost as published.

I have absolutely no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.  I purchased a Zephyr vent from them.  It arrived quicker than my "local" store could get it for me and for a lot less money.  Less money and not having to wait two weeks was nice.

Ordered a Weber EP-330 grill for a price well below any other online competitors or local big box retailers. No tax and free shipping further increased my savings.

Promptly received an email order confirmation. I called the next day to verify  the item was in stock, which it was. The representative wasn't all that friendly per se, but confirmed availability and provided an approximate ship date.

Couple days later I did receive freight tracking information. The shipper did have online tracking, so I was able to view progress of my shipment. Delivery was a couple days later than the estimated date, not counting the weekend (est 1/13, actual 1/17). Total time from placing order to delivery was 11 business days. Excellent service give size, freight shipping, and distance (NJ to WA State).

I would not hesitate to order from Rainbow again, and will definitely consider Rainbow for our future kitchen remodel.

I was VERY pleased with everthing about my order from Rainbow.  I ordered a Weber Grill , which came faster then I expected.  The tracking of the order was right on tack.  I was called by the delivery driver to arrange a delivery time for the grill and the delivery was on time and I did not have to sit at home all day waiting for the delivery.  My order came in tip top shape and I am Thankful to Rainbow Appliances to registering my product with the manfacturer for the warrantee.  That was very helpful and one less thing to remember to do.  I highly recommend Rainbow Appliance  and The Prices are unbeatable too.  Thank you Rainbow Appliance, I look forward to purchasing more products from you.

We were very pleased with our purchase of invoice# 363664. The packaging was very protective of our microwave unit and the speedy & easy tracking of the shipping.  The product was easy to find in the website.  The price was good and I have been enjoying using the microwave.

I would have liked to have seen more pictures showing the sides and back of the microwave.  Since it sits open on our countertop, the back is very obvious and we feel the big metal bubble on the back should have been included within the housing.  We realize this is not a problem of Rainbow's but please pass it on to GE.

Rainbow had the best price and free shipping on a heavy microwave.  Much better price than the local big box stores, especially with the free shipping.  My microwave arrived quickly and in good condition.   It worked correctly on the first try.  Rainbow filled out my warranty card so I don't have to.  Not only was it less expensive to buy from Rainbow, it was easier.  I didn't have to go to the store and load the microwave and carry it home.  I just clicked the mouse and the microwave showed up at my house a few days later. 

I was a bit sceptical about buying from Rainbow without knowing anything about them, but it worked out perfectly.

This was my first large item bought on line. The grill arrived about a week after I made the transaction looking just the way it left the factory. Not even a scratch on the box. The driver actually called me before he left the property. The grill was a Weber genesis ep 330 and I am extremely pleased with the product .Assembly went well but I had a lot of room to spread all the pieces out making it easier to see.All that being said the RAINBOW APPLIANCE STORE was the lowest price of 14 places by 40$ including my local stores.Thanks

Wanted to purchase a quality grill...heard about Rainbow Appliance...and thought to take a gander.  WOW!  Found a Weber Summit Propane Gas Grill priced roughly 500.00 less than the nearest competitor.  The absolute BEST prices!  Extraordinary Service!  Free Shipping!  I mean...c'mon!  Where else can you get such a deal?!

Oh and the Grill is quite good too! With Weber quality, you can't go wrong.

If you're gonna upgrade and purchase a new Gas Grill...Do not overlook Rainbow Appliance!  'Cause the pot of gold is indeed at the end of the Rainbow.

Products arrived damaged.  Returned at our expense and credit has never been applied.  Numerous calls have gone unanswered.  I would NOT recommend dealing with this vendor.   Buyer Beware!

I have wanted a Weber E-330 Grill for some time.  Nextag kept me informaed as to the latest prices and shipping costs.  Rainbow always had the best price and FREE shipping.  I finally placed the order.  Everything went smoothly including the trucking company that made the final delivery.  The whole transaction couldn't have been better.  Five stars!!

I ordered the Genesis S330 on a Monday afternoon (Dec 12).  A customer service rep told me that they had been on back order and they had the previous orders to fill but they would have enough to fill my order.  He also told me that the other orders needed to ship first (understandably) and my grill would not ship until Thursday.  Thursday afternoon I received and email notification that my grill had shipped.  The email gave me the carrier, a tracking number and what to expect.  Sure enough, on the Monday afternoon I received a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery like the email had stated.  I couldn't beleive it made it across the country this quick.  The carrier/delivery person helped me place the box in my garage.  I was very pleased with my transaction with Rainbow Appliance.

Very satisfied with product/price and the timely manner in which my order was processed and delivered.  This was a Christmas present so I was concerned about how soon the order would be processed and delivered and they exceeded my expectation. The delivery truck company called a couple times to confirm delivery and gave me two options on days. My experience with Rainbow Appliance was beyond expectations. I recently purchased a Weber Summit S-460 built in natural gas grill from their website. I ordered a dehumidifier from Rainbow Appliance for my daughter and her husband for Christmas.  I did not expect to get it before Christmas as I was late in placing the order online.  Fortunately, Rainbow Appliance sent it out immediately and I received it within 3 days and FREE SHIPPING to boot!  In June of 2011 I ordered the same dehumidifier for our home from Rainbow Appliance and I got the same quality service.   They kept me notified of when I would most likely receive the product and e-mailed me quickly when I inquired about my order thru e-mail.  Very good communication. They had a very competitive price including free shipping. 3 days later I already received a call from the trucking company to set up a delivery. While shopping for a new grill for my husband it became clear that Rainbow Appliance had the best price. With free shipping and no tax it made it even better. I checked at a local store just to make sure and they said there was no way they could match it, but I needed to make sure I would be covered by manufacturer's warranty ordering this way. We are. Ordering was simple, I was called by the freight company to schedule delivery within 3 days and 3 days later, we had the grill. Rainbow had the best price I could find on a Weber BBQ. Ordering was a breeze and I called customer service to make sure that I was ordering the correct cover for the BBQ. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The order was easy to track online and the BBQ arrived at the house during the time frame as promised. The assembly took a little while, but now I have a beautiful new stainless steel Weber BBQ. So much easier than having to deal with a store and delivering the BBQ myself! Rainbow did exactly what I hoped for and expected.

Rainbow came through!  I was quite shocked after my experience with Home Everything.  I was expecting the same service and I was wrong.  I ordered a grill from Home Everything and 6 weeks later, no grill.  Needless to say, I canceled my order and went another summer with the old grill.

I placed an order with Rainbow, and it came so fast.  Their pricing was great too.  I would not hesitate to use them again.  Give them a try....I would be surprised if they failed you.

Purchased a Weber Summit Grill S670 from Rainbow which was over $600 less than any local dealer in the Tampa area.  Was apprehensive about ordering a big ticket item like this to be delivered.  Well it was a painless and simple transaction.  The first time I called I was informed that they were out of stock and should have some in about a week or so.  I called back within two weeks and they had received some in stock.  I placed the order on Wed Nov. 16 and the grill was delivered the following Wed.  The driver from the frieght company was great. He pulled the crated Grill of the truck, helped take it out of the crate and assited in taking it to the back of the house to the patio.  I did give him a tip for his help as they normally do not provide that level of help.  
The grill is great especially with the searing station.  Definitly worth the $$$$ and I would use Rainbow again for future purchhases.
