Poor, lied about shipping then cancelled with no explanation.

Said item would ship in 1-2 days. On day 4 customer service said it was shipping that day. At midnight I got an email stating order was cancelled with no explanation. B-Day gift down the drain. HORRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN

I'm happy overall with my experience. I received the items 11 days after I ordered them. Communication from the company needs to be better. After an initial email saying the order was placed I still hadn't heard anything for a week. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I got a notification the next business day that they had been shipped. The items ordered were just as expected and I couldn't find these items anywhere else.

I had ordered 3 items for Christmas, on 12-3-10. Received a confirming order in my email. As of 12-21, I had not received any of the items. Went back to their website and sent 3 separate emails inquiring about the status of order. After submitting emails, a note pops up stating "someone from customer service will be contacting you shortly". I have yet to get any type of reply.Calling their 800 number puts you on hold for awhile, and gives you the ONLY option of leaving a message. No calls returned, no email replys, no live person to talk to. I can't get ANYONE from this company to respond.
Lo' and Behold I did receive one of three items on December 23. The packing slip simply stated item enclosed, but no additional info on the 2 other items. It did not state that they were back-ordered, canceled, or to be shipped soon. It is now December 29, 2010. I have place additional phone calls, emails, and have received no response, nor received the remaining 2 items. I should add that BiggSports charged my credit card in full, a few days after the order was placed. |

The quality of the items purchased was average (many others sell the same exact items), but the customer service was incredibly weak. I did not receive a tracking number for the goods and left two voicemails and still never received. The items ended up missing the date of the party. When was finally able to get ahold of customer service they were unapologetic. I would not recommend buying from them and instead would go with a more reputable company.

I purchased a blue Penn State umbrella via the website. I received a WHITE one. I emailed customer service 5 days ago and have not heard back yet. My main concern is that I passed up the same product from another site that was 25.o0 cheaper just so I could get a BLUE umbrella. So when it came white I felt cheated. The delivery was great, and if it were the right color I would have been pleased.

I love biggsports! They have to best customer service I have ever experienced! Danielle(the head of customer service) went out of her way to make sure that I got what I ordered by the time I needed it. I was not thinking that the 1-3 days was buisiness days(even though it clearly stated so), and I also didn't think about the fact that they had to ship it clear across the country. She explained to me how things worked, and that she would do everything she could to get it to me in time for my son's birthday. It showed up the day of the party, and that was good for me.

I was searching for a "different" grill cover. Most of the ones I saw were simply blue with the circular Red Sox logo. BiggSports had the best price on the Jersey-style one. I was happy with the quality of the grill cover. Now if only you guys had a Boston Bruins Jersey-Style Grill Cover, our lives would be complete!! :)

I have never had a worse experince. I bought a purse, on the 3rd of febuary. I didn't get it until the 20th!! I e-mailed with no response and also tried to call the costumer service number...but all I got was a voice mail, so I left my info, and had no response!! I e-mailed again, telling them they had two days to respond or I was cancelling my order. I recieved an e-mail stating they didn't know why it didn't ship! I got the purse the next day. I feel they should have given me a discount or free shipping!! I will NEVER buy from this company again! I would think that they would handle these problems with fast action.

I ordered 3 santa nfl hats and paid for the 2 day shipping so I would have them in time. I completed my order and it said it was on the way, later I received an email that said I was only getting two of the hats but they had given me my money back for the other one. Thats not the point I would not have ordered from them if they did not have all three hats. I paid extra for the shipping and then I had to turn around and find another site to get the third hat from. I called the shop and asked to have the manager who is Joe Biggs call me so we could talk about the way this was handled, I have never heard form them. If this is how you do business Im sure people need to know. I asked for a refund and they said no problem but not on the shipping, so no instead of spending $28 on shipping for three hats I had to spend $53, to get it from another site is that fair? I will never order from them and I will tell all my friend about this site and how I was treated.
