Buying kibble from locals isn't as easy as it is to have it delivered on a bi-weekly basis. It's an extremely reliable, and hassle free process. ****Only complaint was prior to making my first purchase. I was asked the number of samples i would like being sent to me and though i asked for 7, i only received two. I have 7 dogs. How was I supposed to sample the 2 little samples with all 7??? I had to purchase a 20lbs bag for the sampling.

Was a little difficult to find my previous order and change my auto ship schedule. Once found it was easy. Easy to get what I need, pay, and ship to separate address. Animals (2 boxers) love the food. Will definitely shop again. Did not have to call or mail-in any forms.

Have always received good service, any time I have dealt with this company. I used to order Flint River and had stopped due to budget, But the products are wonderful, my dachshunds love the food. And my cats go absolutely crazy over the Sun-Dried Bonita Flakes. It usually only takes about 4 or 5 days after ordering to receive the order.
