I searched high and low for a stainless steel kitchen sink that was less than 30" wide and larger than the typical 23". No other website offered what I wanted - a 28" sink - and believe me, I looked everywhere! I have been ordering from homeclick for years- great prices and excellent customer service- I will always be back.  Delivery is speedy.  customer Service corrected my spelling error on the city that my order was shipping to with UPS- how much better does it get?  So many web based stores have terrible service- what a relief you all are.  I have ordered mostly bath fixtures over the years and coordinating accessories.  You have been a amjor source of supplies for remodeling a 7,000 square foot home and I ahve never been disappointed.  Msot orders arrive prior to predicition so I have never had to apy to expediate stuff.  Hopefully we will do business together for the enxt several years.

Really happy with my purchase. Ordered a Kohler toilet and everything arrived on time, intact, and the price could not be beat. Order was accurately recorded and prompt notification of order and shipping. Fast shipping by freight company and free shipping. Saved more than $175 over local supplier pricing. The ceiling fan we ordered did arrive quickly but the team at Home Click had opened the box, removed the fan blades, and sent us the fan.  We called to let them know the blades were missing to find out that those are sold separately.  Really? Who sells a $267 fan and takes the blades out and makes you buy them separately?  There was even the slot in the packaging that we could see where the blades were at.  Very disappointed in the additional cost for the blades.  The picture on the screen shows the fan, complete with blades.  I feel like they weren't completely honest on their marketing.

I needed the fan motor for my bathroom fan, and found the whole fan/light unit at homeclick for less thatn I could find just the fan motor anywhere else.


The transaction was fast and easy, and the fan unit showed up quickly, and as advertised.

I placed an order with Homeclick on 11/25/11. Both items were in stock and were supposed to be Christmas presents. I received an email indicating one item shipped on 12/5, the second item was delayed and shipped on 12/14. Today is 12/26 and still neither item has arrived. I have contacted the shipping company AM Trucking and they have been worthless. I called Homeclick and they have been equally worthless. They state that the items have shipped and that my problem is with them. No, it is not. My payment was to Homeclick and not AM Trucking. They need to contract with a new shipper and hire some folks with professionalism and a little common sense. I will never buy from them again regardless of the low prices.

"Even more "FANTASTIC"  was the speed in which was delivered !!   No torn or broken box received !!   Accuracy of the order FANTASTIC !!   Very Quiet when running, mostly we have it on low setting !  The easy of refilling !  The ease of CLEANING,   this was a must for me!!   Great Humidity in the house !!   One cannot go wrong with this GREAT PRODUCT!!   You know what Customer Service is all about !! I have shopped on Homeclick before and it was great. This time I ordered 3 new toilets and they arrived in two days. The toilets were in perfect condition and the delivery people were very nice. They even brought the boxes into the house for me even though they say they are only supposed to do curb side delivery. I would   reccommend Homeclick to anyone looking to purchase they types of things that they sell.  They are very reliable and their customer service is great!

Horrivle customer service.  I ordered 3 Toto toilets and have not received them after 21 days.  The shipping company they use only delivers 2 times a month.  Homeclick does not respond to inquiries via email about status and they tell me on the phone I have to deal with the shipping company, not them.  I highly recommend you look elsewhere, even if the price is inviting. 

Thier website is very easy to use.

I purchased a Toto Neorest 500 toilel that normally lists for $2,250 to $2,400 on all of the popular web-sites.  HomeClick offered the unit for about $2,125.  I called the company and spoke with a very helpful, knowledgeable sales person who assured me that HomeClick, now under new management, was a very reliable company.  After a lengthly discussion and an additional discount, I purchased my Toto for about $1,835,  a savings of over $450 lower than all other web-sites. 

     HomeClick delivered 100% and more.  The saleman was very helpful when I called with several follow-up questions,  delivery was free and on time (about 4 days from the date of purchase).  I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and fantastic pricing.

On October 3, 2011, I ordered a Crosley Peformer unit from Homeclick.com. The price was well below what other sources were stating. The shipping was free, and that was a plus. Customer Service was GREAT! They kept me informed via e-mail on my order status, said the item would ship from the company or or before Oct 5. Well, it did, just as they stated, and it arrived Oct 7th! I am 100% happy with this company! I had read other reviews about this company and I was concerned that maybe I would be another  customer with problems, but I was wrong! Like I said, I am 100% satisfied with this company. We are building a house. Homeclick has made it very easy to choose and order the fixtures we needed. The selection they offered was large and the prices were good. I gave them plenty of lead time on items out of stock. I found that emailing customer service was a good way to communicate with them. I had to reorder some lights that were discontinued, but that was ok. It has been very convenient to shop from my iPhone in the comfort of my home and have the products delivered to my door.

I purchased an American Standard toilet and toilet seat from Homeclick.com. They had the best price by far, due to the free shipping and competitive price for the toilet.  The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was confirmed in an email, along with a tracking number.  Prior to receiving the email, I called customer service and they explained that the order was not shipped out yet due to the holiday weekend. They provided me with the tracking number so I could check the status of the shipment. One of the items, a toilet seat, arrived damaged.  One call to customer service took care of the problem and a new toilet seat was delivered in 2 days.  For both of my customer service calls, I waited on hold for less than a minute.  The performance of homeclick exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used HomeClick twice recently because they had a great price on the items I wanted. The first time I ordered from them the item shipped very quickly and the transaction went flawlessly. The second order was delayed a day or two due to Hurricane Elaine; however, I received an email from them explaining in advance that the power outage and flooding would delay the order. They had it drop-shipped by the manufacturer and the actual delay must have only been a day or two (judging by how quickly I received the order). I did have an issue with the product (it was a toilet, and a part was broken in transit). I called HomeClick Customer Service and was able to talk to an American, US-based representative almost immediately. The HomeClick representative was able to resolve my problem within about a minute. I have been very happy with HomeClick. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this outfit and will buy from them again.

I recently ordered an medicine cabinet from home click. After waiting one month for delivery, they informed me it will arrive in one more month. After three months i was informed that it may never arrive. So after living for three months with a hole in my wall where the cabinet i ordered was supposed to go. I got NOTHING. Customer service was rude not helpful.

My first order arrived so fast (a gold Kohler drain).  An e-mail was sent to me in the middle of the night saying it had shipped (these places must be open 24/7!).  I got my item a day later. The next order was for a chrome toliet paper holder which HomeClick had for a lower price than elsewhere. The next order I placed I called to check availablity.  Customer service people at HomeClick are so wonderful.   The man told me I shouldnt order from them because there would be a chance I would get my item one day later than I needed it. Honesty goes a long way with me.  Regardless of him telling me this I placed the order and my item showed up early!  Love this store and I will order more from them.

Overall we are very pleased with our purchase. This is our 3rd toilet of this type but our 1st purchase on Homeclick. Buying on Homeclick was cheaper (even including the shipping) and painless. My only complaint is how long it took to deliver. Otherwise I was pleased with every other aspect of this order.

WOW, is all I can say.  My order came, as promised, and was perfect except for one toilet seat was broken.  I contacted the shipping people, and Homeclick, and was sent a new one immediately.  I purchased 2 Toto toilets, and soft close seats, at prices I can not get in my area.  The service, shipping, prices, and everything is great!  I will be ordering from Homeclick many times again, as they are the best.  I like the website, as it really works well.

I ordered something on Saturday afternoon and tried to cancel the item on Monday a.m. the instant customer service opened.  The customer service representative told me that he would "try" to get a cancellation in, but that it would not work if the item was already shipped.  According the website, the item I wanted would take 15 days to ship.  Miraculously, it was shipped before they could cancel the order.  Now I was stuck with their return process, which includes a 15% restocking fee, plus you have to put their box into another box or the return will be refused.  The additional box cost me $15, and the shipping cost $20.  So, for a $95 item, I had to pay $35 + the restocking fee. Their inability to cancel an order cost me more than 50% the cost of the item, plus headaches and time.
