Ordered my second chair from Camping Station. Was shipped and received in a timely manner. I am a happy camper...

hose was a little pricey but I needed it, shipping was a day late, company had thanked me for my purchase and said our transaction was complete, this was the day after they had shipped it, I did not feel that they had the customer in mind at all, I was told in a reply email when questioning this that there obligation had been fulfilled after the product was sent. What ever happened to obligation being filled "AFTER" the customer recieved the product?

I saw a product that I wanted to purchase and the website indicated that it was in stock. I submitted an order online. The store processed the order. The next day I received an email stating that the item actually was not in stock and would not be available. I cancelled the order shortly after receiving the email stating that it was not available. I was discouraged when I got word that the product was unavailable after going through the process of ordering it. I was pleased with how the store promptly notified me of not being available and also the ease in which the order was cancelled. The person I spoke with on the phone to cancel was very courtious and professional. I may shop at this website again but it won't be for this type of product.

Received the mattress, but not the pump. Called three times in one week to get the pump sent. They said it was sent, but have not gotten it. Now I am leaving for my trip and I do not have the pump I paid for, so I will have to go buy a pump from another store.

The description of the waffle maker should include a full description of the hinges. The hinge style makes it difficult to use the waffle maker. More instructions as how to more effectively remove the wax from the cast iron.

Once our order was purchased we never received a confirmation, nor did we receive any shipping information without going to the website again and attempting to track it. It would have been helpful to receive something that let us know that they confirmed our order and at which point the merchandise was shipped.

Ordered a $210 air mattress online on 09/14/08. The shipment arrived at 09/19/08. The bed was set up that same day, was never slept on, but showed signs of a malfunctioning remote the very next day. Contacted the dealer and they referred me to the manufacturer. Agreed to have it replaced, but so much time was wasted, that by the time I would receive it, my guests would be gone. Agreed to get a refund instead. THREE months and a series of emails, phone calls and a lot of aggravation later, I received the refund MINUS the shipping charges ! ! ! Unless you are into the masochistic lifestyle, do yourself a favor and stay away from places like this.

The website said that the shipping would be delayed, but it wasn't. That was a bit confusing. I sent an email asking to cancel the order due to the fact that it would not be able to be shipped out in time for our trip (according to the website). However, I received my order in time - but no phone call or email from the company to let me know that I would receive it on time.

I waited a week , then had to call them to find out the item was not in stock and still hadn't been recieved to their wharehouse. I should have been notified when I placed the order that it was currently out of stock. Totally unacceptable

I ordered 2 cast iron pie cookers which were received in less than a week, well packed and in perfect condition. I received an email informing me when they were shipped along with a tracking number, but the items were receives so quickly I didn't need to track it. The prices were the best I found among quite a few places. I will definitely check their site first and use them again for anything else we need!

THiss was my second time ordering from camping station. I ordered online and they called me almostimmediately with a question about delivery. The order arrived incredibly fast.

Product packaging for shipping wasn't as expected. Several of the stakes arrived broken and had to be replaced. Customer Service rep was very understanding. Same day I called, the replacement product for the broken items would be shipped out. So far, so good. We'll see how the new product arrives.

The box looked like it had been through a war - badly crushed, taped and retaped together. The product looked okay until I completed assembly - it wouldn't fold up - front right strut was bent. Four emails to them went unanswered/ignored. Finally I called them.. They said they'd have UPS pick it up and send me a replacement, and blamed UPS for damaging the box but I am dubious at best. UPS did not call today nor did I receive a confirmation the new one was sent. Their previous delivery notification was excellent (3 emails informing me of the varying stages of delivery). If I do receive the replacement over the next day or so I would amend my rating (once the frustration resides).
