I ordered the air mattress in April. I had not received it by the middle of May, so I phoned the merchant. He stated that the mattress would not be available until the middle of June. Here is is past the middle of June, and I still have not received the air mattress. I am very upset with them.

The price of the item was one of the lowest online. The site was easy to navigate. Selections were limited but what they had was of good quality. What will bring me back is their fast shipping and fair shipping cost.

Two of the clips on the port-a-potty were broken. Sat on it to see if it would work anyway. It collapsed hurting my back. Man at phone said that he didn't know if it was really broken since he couldn't see it! Offered half of price as refund since it would cost so much to return it. He kept emphasizing that we would get to keep the potty, but I kept telling him that it was no good whatsoever since it was broken. He finally refunded the full cost of the potty. Still left a bad taste in my mouth for this company although everythings else was fine.

Better than expected. Especially so close to Christmas. And I was able to find the exact item that I wanted which I was unable to find anywhere else. Price was a little higher that I had paid for the same item in a store, but considering that it had become hard to find, I was willing to pay the additional cost.

hose was a little pricey but I needed it, shipping was a day late, company had thanked me for my purchase and said our transaction was complete, this was the day after they had shipped it, I did not feel that they had the customer in mind at all, I was told in a reply email when questioning this that there obligation had been fulfilled after the product was sent. What ever happened to obligation being filled "AFTER" the customer recieved the product?

I saw a product that I wanted to purchase and the website indicated that it was in stock. I submitted an order online. The store processed the order. The next day I received an email stating that the item actually was not in stock and would not be available. I cancelled the order shortly after receiving the email stating that it was not available. I was discouraged when I got word that the product was unavailable after going through the process of ordering it. I was pleased with how the store promptly notified me of not being available and also the ease in which the order was cancelled. The person I spoke with on the phone to cancel was very courtious and professional. I may shop at this website again but it won't be for this type of product.

Received the mattress, but not the pump. Called three times in one week to get the pump sent. They said it was sent, but have not gotten it. Now I am leaving for my trip and I do not have the pump I paid for, so I will have to go buy a pump from another store.

The description of the waffle maker should include a full description of the hinges. The hinge style makes it difficult to use the waffle maker. More instructions as how to more effectively remove the wax from the cast iron.

Once our order was purchased we never received a confirmation, nor did we receive any shipping information without going to the website again and attempting to track it. It would have been helpful to receive something that let us know that they confirmed our order and at which point the merchandise was shipped.

Ordered a $210 air mattress online on 09/14/08. The shipment arrived at 09/19/08. The bed was set up that same day, was never slept on, but showed signs of a malfunctioning remote the very next day. Contacted the dealer and they referred me to the manufacturer. Agreed to have it replaced, but so much time was wasted, that by the time I would receive it, my guests would be gone. Agreed to get a refund instead. THREE months and a series of emails, phone calls and a lot of aggravation later, I received the refund MINUS the shipping charges ! ! ! Unless you are into the masochistic lifestyle, do yourself a favor and stay away from places like this.
