Irvs Luggage had the largest assortment of Ameribags, but would have been nice to have these bags in different sizes. Plenty of small and extra small, but not a lot of selection in medium. Also, I ordered chocolate, but brown was not on the list of colors to chose from. Thanks - great price as well. Similar merchants were charging almost double for the same bag. Thanks. Take Good Care. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to explain my disatisfaction with a suitcase I purchased. After being on hold for 5 minutes, a woman answered the phone and responded very rudely to all of my questions.

There refund/exchange policy is a joke. If you plan to return anything - keep it in the box...don't even open it. As soon as the outside air hits the merchandise, it's considered used.

I would never shop with Irv's again. Although they have fast shipping, I would rather work with a company who a) treats its customers with even an ounce of respect, and b) actually works with customers who are disatisfied with the merchandise...

TERRIBLE Experience, I will never shop there again! This is the first and last online luggage or travel accessory purchase I will ever make. Irv's Luggage states that if a piece does not stand up to high standards, a return or refund is easy.  READ FURTHER DOWN! YOU CAN'T RETURN THE SUITCASE IF YOU USE IT FIRST AND IT BREAKS!
Well, I ask you this, HOW does something break if you don't use it first!  This suitcase DID NOT stand up to LIGHT use!!  It is of very poor quality. When I received my suitcase, the handle was wobbly, but after zipping/ unzipping the suitcase THREE times, it stuck on the corner, teeth were bent (my suitcase was NOT packed full by any means), and now I cannot zip or unzip it.  This was the first time I used it, and this was gently used, I did not check this bag. After my call to Irv's, it is now my tough luck, because I used the bag.  I will never order from them again.  Any dept store would have returned my money or offered a replacement at least! NOTHING here!

Ordered for my wife to use the next Friday on Tuesday. The UPS guy DELIVERED IT THURSDAY AFTERNOON. I couldn't believe it arrived so soon. She loves it. It came sealed wrapped in factory plastic wrap. It has a soft Dooney & Bourke cloth bag to store it in also. WE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH IRV'S LUGGAGE COMPANY.

I called Irv's to confirm that they had the Boyt Luggage I saw listed on their site as i had called Boyt and Boyt stated that it was no longer available from Boyt. The nice lady at Irv's went to check to see that the luggage was in stock and she brought back the last one in stock.  it shipped the next day and arrived later that week.  I would purchae from Irv's again.  Great prices, too.

The Antler suitcases I ordered were advertised on the website at a great price. I placed the order and received an email that they were in stock. I checked back later in the day and status was 'waiting to be picked'. When I checked again the next day the status was 'on back order'. I then received a phone call to tell me the suitcases were discontinued! This is such poor practice. it wasted my time, and possibly prevented from getting a great deal from a competitor during the Labor Day sales! I am not a happy shopper!!!

I highly recommend Irvs Luggage. The prices were great and the shipping was fast. I even had to call customer service to help me figure out how to use a pre-paid credit card and the customer service rep was very helpful and courteous. One thing that the website administrator may want to look into is a problem that I encountered when purchasing the LeDonne Messenger bag. When I first clicked to add the bag to my shopping cart, the price was one thing. When I went to check-out, I put in the ?Discount Code? and the price surprisingly went up by about $10. I ended up getting it for the cheaper of the 2 prices, but there is still an interesting glitch that should probably be fixed. All-in-all, it was a great shopping experience.

The item I ordered was not instock so the distributor helped me select what I thought was a similar product. The item was a gift for a birthday present. I received a photo of the candy wrapper purse last evening. The item is so small that it can hold no more than a lipstick and drivers license. SO DISAPPOINTED with this order. The product was LESS than expected.

Packaging was awful. When they arrived it looked like the boxes were in a train wreck. Sure enough the merchandise was damaged and we had to return the item. The merchant was prompt in sending a return lable. They have to get the merchanise back before sending a replacement. Will see how long that takes.

Mostly satisfied with one exception: the website said they accept PayPal for payment, but it was not possible to click on it, and when I called Irv's I was told, albeit politely, they are really Not set up to accept PayPal. For that reason it is possible in the future I will look for a merchant who does accept PayPal, as it is the safest way to transact over the internet. Also, they should correct their misleading website.

Had difficultly getting the order to go through initially - I tried at least 4 times over several days before it completed. It stalled continually on the final confirmation screen. The tracking link that was sent to me never connected. The item arrived in excellent condition, exactly as I expected and more quickly than I expected. Please just correct the issues with the checkout.

Excellent experience!  I had my eye on a Lodis handbag for a few weeks and I was waiting for it to go on sale.  I checked Shopzilla and it sent me to Irv's.  I was a little hesitant at first but decided to order it there and I was not disappointed.  I placed the order on Monday, it arrived Thursday and was exactly as described.  Everyone else was priced at least $70 higher.  The only thing that bugged me was that they didn't send me a confirmation e-mail when I placed the order.  Two days later I got a shipping confirmation but I expected some type of receipt e-mailed to me as well.  I was able to print the reciept from the website with no trouble so it wasn't a big deal.
