As a new customer, I was doubtful of the performance of the website ordering process and the product provided. I must admit I was wrong. The timely updates and accurate followups was very impressive. I purchased the Polycom Soundstation 100 for my Dad. He is hard of hearing and finds regular phones/cell phones are not compatible with his hearing aid. The Polycom Soundstation 100 allows him to use the phone without removing his hearing aid. In addition, the voice quality is far superior to a regular phone. That has helped him understand conversations much better.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Partially my fault as the shipping and billing address were different and they wouldn't approve but they told me to contact AMEX to add shipping as alternate address which I did. The answer me to say that it worked but eventually got tracking info. I ordered a refurbished phone but it was cosmetically poor. I did not realize that refurbished meant poor cosmetic condition even if it works fine. I took the guts out of their phone and put it in my old phone that was broken, so it looked better and worked the well.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
