Beware almost operates like a scam.I ordered 4 relatively small items on September 30 and actually paid a little extra to get it quickly.  As of October 10, I had not received and apparently according to USPS, it hasn't even been shipped even thought delivery was promised in 3-5 days.
I called  on October 7 and 10 and the "system" was down so they told me to send an email.  
I'll just cancel the order and challenge the bill through Visa

Ordered a phone case for $4.99 plus $2.85 shipping.  $7.84 is  good price for a phone case.  But the case wouldn't even snap together on it's own, let alone on the phone.  Didn't feel like spending $2.85 or more for shipping back a $4.99 item...going to the post office, etc.

$7.84 is not a good price for something  you are just going to throw in the garbage.  What if I returned it only to get another case that didn't fit together?

Quick shipping even though they said shipping was less than $3 but it was really $12 when you got to the check out. Not a big deal, I made a note of it to them and made the purchase anyway.

Too bad its the wrong item, "new item" "replacement item" whatever, made cheaper and looks nothing like the photo.

Poor customer service. No concern for updating product (OR SHIPPING PRICES) on the site even after it came to their attention.

I have ordered several times from Handhelditems.com. On my most recent order, placed in March 2011, I received 2 incorrect items and did not receive 1 item at all. I immediately sent them an email through their Contact Us section of the website and received no response. I sent a second email and again received no response. I called their 800 number, explained the problem and was told replacements would be shipped out. After waiting 3 weeks for the replacements, I contacted them again. I spoke with Carrie who was very rude and combative. She refused to send me a replacement unless I could send a picture of the item that I did not receive. When I pointed out the absurdity of this request, she hung up on me. The items in question totaled less than $10. I will never order from this site again.

Customer service is non-existant. Will not respond to e-mails. Won't take phone calls. Ordered products in mid December. It's now February and still haven't received items. I'll be turning this over to my credit card company and have the charges removed. Reporting handhelditems.com for fraud. A USPS tracking number was issued. Followed up with USPS and they have no record of the package ever entering their system. I OFFICIALLY RATE THIS BUSINESS ZERO STARS. Shop with them at your own risk. You have been prewarned! Buyer beware. They lure you with decent prices and then rob you.

I ordered some phone accessories from this site. Updated my address however, company still send to old address. Tracking info confirms items undeliverable and will be returned however, customer service will not refund any money until items are returned. Customer service was able to confirm the undeliverable status. Customer service would not transfer me to any other reps in the company.

I ordered three items from handhelditems.com jan 5.  Two of the items arrived on the 11th (both were returned because they were the wrong product) and the third never arrived.  After finally getting thru to "customer service" (a true oxymoron in this case) and being assured that the third item would be shipped immediately, I am still waiting for the item, further attempts to contact "customer service" have been unsuccessful, and tracking is not available.  There are plenty of other sellers and shippers out there, avoid this one

The item was broke out of box, I couldnt return or replace it because it had been over 15 days since the order.  It took longer than 15 days to receive the item.  They use USPS for "free shipping" offer.  They knew the item was late because I had alreaady contacted them about it not arriving.  They told me to re-read the return policy.

I order two sets of 3 films for my iPhone 4g.  Both sets were defective (they acknowledged this) and they sent me 1 replacement set.  I've been fighting with them for over a month now and they won't replace the second set -- when I ask them about completing the replacement order, they go silent.  They are a bunch of thieves and have caused me hours of my time and tons of frustration.  I won't ever shop with them again.  Terrible business.

HandHeldItems.com seems to be a big online retailer. I was looking for a screen protector for an iphone and I wanted to give it a try since they seem to have the best prices. After receiving the package I realize why it has so good prices, because the quality of the producs sucks.

The screen protectors I ordered had a sticker on it, placed with a glue so strong that make almost imposible to take the sticker out of the film, and even after trying for a few minutes with a lot of care, I was unable to clean the film from the glue.

The problem with HandHeldItems.com I see, is that they know the quality of their products are very bad, so their policy for return items has been adjusted to take advantaje of this situation and they only give you a refund is the package has not been opened. In other words, even if the item is defective, if you opened the package, they won't refund your money.

Stay away from this seller.

Do not buy from Handhelditems.com.  I placed an order three weeks prior and never recieved e-mails or item.  Item was never shipped and it took 5 phone calls to customer service to get my money refunded.
