My shopping experience was perfect. When I was looking for this high chair, Amazon had it listed for $9 less, however, as I was going through checkout Amazon tacked on almost $15 in shipping charges for regular delivery. I cancelled my order and went to highchairs.com. There were no hidden delivery charges there. In fact, there were no shipping charges at all and I got my product in about four days. The site was easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall, my experience was good. Two items worth mentioning: 1) The color of the chair I received was considerably lighter than the color shown on the web-page; 2) The customer rep I e-mailed with informed me that the chair was back ordered and would be available in 3-4 weeks; it arrived about 3 days later. So much for order tracking.

The first high chair was delivered in a box that was extemely damaged. It was sent back and the new high chair was delivered in a dent free box. When I opened it I could tell that it was a new high chair. The packaging was completly different in the box. The first high chair did not have everything packed in it properly - after receiving the second high chair it seemed as though the first chair was used or returned. I am very happy with the high chair, but I do question what the 'deal' was with the first chair I received!
