I'm a person that pays attention to detail. I purchased a Delsey Intrigue 29" suitcase, a week earlier. It was in excellent condition. The second purchase was not. There was a tear in the leather on the front of the bag. I was not happy about the tear. I did not bother to contact the shipper, because I just didn't want the hassle of repacking, reshipping, get a return authorization. It just seemed too inconvenient. It reinforces my opinion, that it's better to feel and touch your purchase, rather than have someone else pick it and ship it for you. Time and impression is very important. this purchase save me time, bu reinforced my perception of internet purchases, Which is, that it's a crap shoot. You may be satisfied, or more likely than not, you won't be.

Luggage Guru had received incorrect size details from the manufacturer. When I called to request a return approval, the responses was immediate and positive. All costs (including shipping) were refunded and a prepaid return UPS shipping label was emailed. I checked the specifications for the product at the online site and discovered that they had been corrected in less than one day. Excellent customer service!

Excellent bag selection, great choice of colours, and Inexpensive. Speedy delivery. A good choice for Canadians wanting to buy High Sierra Backpacks in particular. Only down side is if you're Canadian you can't really return things because it costs too much to send things back. If they find a way to fix this they will be perfect.
