WAY TOO LONG FOR SHIPPING. I BUY DOZENS OF THINGS EACH YEAR ON THE INTERNET & GET MANY OF THEM IN 2-4 DAYS,I THINK THIS TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS !

This was my first experience with Carroll's Sports Cove. I notice many different items on the website! With members of my family as sport fans I will remember the website in the future for possible purchases as gifts.

I ordered these products two weeks before Christmas and as of today (1/10/12), still have not received them! I had to send an email and received a response after Christmas that the bed-in-a-bag would take a month or two to arrive,the yankees throw was different than the one pictured and I still don't have anything. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

My product was on back order but I was not notified. I checked the website and found no information about my order - just that they received it. I emailed the company and I did receive a response (that was a positive aspect). I still have not received the product - BUT I WAS BILLED - and I have received no updates or further communications. Once I receive my product, i will not be shopping here or recommending this vendor.

This product was of inferior quality and had be returned. Even following the cleaning directions, it unraveled and tore. Therefore, my gift to my grandson was not able to be used.

Placed the order. Got charged for the order. Never recieved any type of confirmation or even a delevery date. Dont know if ill ever recieve my order. Would not recommend this business.

i initially made a purchase for over 100.00 so shipping was free. the website was incorrect and showed the back seat mats with an S which means more than one. when i got my order it came with one back mat. i wanted two for the back. websites mistake so i IM'd CS and asked for free shipping on the other mat, was offered half off shipping. it's not like i asked for a free mat (which would have been proper) so i paid that, got the mat and the top of it had a tear and was slightly different than the other one. i am using it, did not send it back but will never do business with this company again, which is too bad since there were many things i was interested in. so basically the couple bucks that was saved on shipping, really created more of a loss but that is how i deal with poor customer service, i just take my business elsewhere and i shop a lot online.

My item came directly from the manufacture, the delivery time was longer than I anticipated. Carroll's Cove did help me with the tracking when I contacted them by e mail. The quality of the product was excellent compared to items I have seen in local stores.

Once I recceived my item it was broken. I believe when you are shipping fragile items they need to be wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage.
