I ordered these products two weeks before Christmas and as of today (1/10/12), still have not received them! I had to send an email and received a response after Christmas that the bed-in-a-bag would take a month or two to arrive,the yankees throw was different than the one pictured and I still don't have anything. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

My product was on back order but I was not notified. I checked the website and found no information about my order - just that they received it. I emailed the company and I did receive a response (that was a positive aspect). I still have not received the product - BUT I WAS BILLED - and I have received no updates or further communications. Once I receive my product, i will not be shopping here or recommending this vendor.

i initially made a purchase for over 100.00 so shipping was free. the website was incorrect and showed the back seat mats with an S which means more than one. when i got my order it came with one back mat. i wanted two for the back. websites mistake so i IM'd CS and asked for free shipping on the other mat, was offered half off shipping. it's not like i asked for a free mat (which would have been proper) so i paid that, got the mat and the top of it had a tear and was slightly different than the other one. i am using it, did not send it back but will never do business with this company again, which is too bad since there were many things i was interested in. so basically the couple bucks that was saved on shipping, really created more of a loss but that is how i deal with poor customer service, i just take my business elsewhere and i shop a lot online.
