Packing of delicate items for O/seas delivery was inadequate. Small but delicate items were broken - the measuring cups - which were not protected at all. All four were smashed. It was of little concern as I have other devices I can use to measure 2 oz of water.

I love OPC EXTRA. I have ordered 5-6 times in the past and always receive the product quickly. I will say though that the plastic serving cup has never made it to the destination in usable condition. They have tried many different ways of shipping and it is always broken. The cup needs to be a thicker plastic or some how protect the cup from the weight of the product crashing into the cup during shipping. Or just leave the cup out, I drink OPC from my coffee cup before I have my coffee every morning. If it were my company I would reduce the waste and get rid of the cup that goes in the garbage anyway. It is not worth the extra cost to make sure the cup survives shipping. I just mention this to help, it does not change my opinion of this product or the company either way. Thank you again for a great product and speedy service.

I have been purchasing OptiHealth Products for years and it has always been a positive experience. My only suggestion would be more indepth insturctions on using the product/s especially for a new customer. 1.Is it possible to take more than the suggested dosage? expand upon that, it took me years to find that out. 2.Can more than one product be combined safely? 3.Perhaps this information could be supplied with the initial delivery of the product on their information sheet.
