stole my money! send DOA and then would not refund all my money. After shipping me a defective product and i sent it back at my expence and still they only gave me a partial refund. Horrible experience with the rep i delt with. Buy elsewhere.

You would think since of the above I would not have to wait several days for my products to ship. The computers I ordered I need shipped ASAP and I am honestly tired of going through every time Io rder, I just orders another computer from NewEgg and I rarely used them The product was more expensive shipping to my Mother;s houseand It's almost in Miami. This is a very inconvenient situation.If this is is not shipped in a timely manner I just don't think Iwill continue to make purchases with your company. This is the third or fourth transaction I've had with Geeks.com. They kind of dropped the ball on this one and for some reason my products didn't ship as scheduled. As soon as I informed them of what was, or wasn't, happening, the responded to my email and then made the order right by kind of expediting the delivery.
So this was the first "messed up" experience I've had with Geeks.com and they corrected the problem immediately
I most certainly will continue doing business with them and referring friends to them.

I ordered MRVHBVMXR-PB-R -- AVerMedia AVerTV Hybrid Volar MAX ATSC/NTSC USB 2.0 HDTV Tuner. It's a USB device that can be used with a laptop and is compatible with NTSC signals. I received a PCI-Express card that was only ATSC compatible which is useless to me. I assume that when they ran out of the product they ordered they did a substitution but their substitute was WAY OFF BASE in this case. When I emailed them about it they apologized and offered a full refund and did not require me to return the wrong product so I'm happy in the end but would have been happier of I'd gotten the product I ordered in the first place.
