I love Rosenberry Rooms!  I am a bunny collector, and they have the best selection of bunny related art, decorations, and furniture that I have ever seen!  Their products are artisan crafted and of extremely high quality.  Their customer service can't be beat.  I have called and email them numerious times with questions and they have always responded promptly and courteously.  I was actually in the hospital recently, and they even sent me a card and a stuffed bunny as a get well present!  You just don't get that kind of personalize customer service anywhere else!  I highly recommend Rosenberry Rooms to anyone.  Much of their art works for decorating in other rooms of the home besides children's rooms, so give them a try!

My experience with Rosenberry Rooms has been absolutely superb each time!  The most recent was for the purchase of an art accent piece for our son's nursery.  I had a specific question about the piece and ended up working with Elizabeth who was one of the most pleasant and extremely professional people I've worked with in a very long time. 
With her assistance, I ended up ordering the piece and I must say it is just perfect!  I'm so happy we decided to purchase it and I have to thank Elizabeth for her sincere dedication to customer service.  I will definitely be back to purchase more from Rosenberry Rooms!  They have a large variety of beautiful items for babies and small children.

Amazing Selection + Quality Service

For all things you could ever want to adorn your child's room, their selection is amazing. I found all I was looking for and more in one place. 
I think they primarily do business as a drop-ship middle man. The downside to this is: Many items ship directly from the supplier. I'm hoping this is why I never received a ship confirmation on my order. They have no way to control timing or quality of items being shipped. Plus, it's rare that you will find items priced lower than the manufacturers set price. You will always pay top dollar for the same goods. 
REMEMBER TO READ THE FINE PRINT! I was careless when I ordered and did not see the shipping time estimate. I also did not read the product description carefully. I was disappointed on both accounts when my order took four weeks to arrive and did not have all the components expected... Learn from my mistake and read all descriptions carefully!
Having said that, I give them top ratings for their customer service. One of my items was defective upon arrival and they swiftly arranged for a replacement for me.
Overall I would order from them again!

Exceptional Customer Service

We ordered a glider and ottoman for the nursery of our first baby. It was shipped to us directly from the manufacturer. Upon arrival there was a small but integral defect with the ottoman. I contacted Rosenberry Rooms customer service to figure out the best way to rectify this problem. The customer service rep with whom I dealt was incredibly responsive and worked with the manufacturer and us to reach the best resolution. Her attention and follow through was remarkable and really exceeded all expectations I have from an online support perspective. I would buy from Rosenberry Rooms again in a heartbeat, because I know they have the best interest of their customers at heart.

amazing products and customer service

I was really impressed with the selection of great items found on this website. The ease of ordering was awesome also. I ordered several wall plates and received them within 2 weeks. Upon fastening them to the wall one of them cracked and broke in half. My wife was very upset, so I emailed my CSR and explained to her what had happend. With no questions at all they offered to ship 2 replacments to me should this happen again. I was amazed atthe great customer service I received. I have ordered several times from online stores and it is often the case that customer service once you recieved your items and paid vanishes. I really recommend Rosenberry for any of your needs.

I placed a custom order for a Father's Day (six weeks away) gift that had a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks.  I had not received it by week 6 and called Rosenberry Rooms to see if there was any way they could expedite the order and have it to me by Father's Day.  They called the vendor and Rosenberry Rooms emailed me that we would have it by Saturday.  I was very impressed with their follow-up and service!

I ordered a fairy light fixture for my five-year-old daughter.  It arrived fairly promptly, but was missing the critical piece with the fairy on it.  I called customer service and the representative was apologetic and assured me the piece would ship out immediately.  Within two days I got a replacement part, which still didn't have the fairy on it.  This happened twice, but on the fourth go 'round the piece arrived.  While this process was quite frustrating, I have to say the interaction with customer service was delightful, and at all times I felt like every effort was made to make sure I got the right thing in the end.  Once the fixture did arrive I was 100% satisfied with the merchandise.  Would definitely shop at Rosenberry Rooms again.

I recently ordered a kids chair. the price was the best around and looked to be better made as well.  the chair was thought to be lost My customer service rep Anna was very helpful in helping my friend and I track down where the chair might be. she called me back atleast twice with suggestions as to what might've happened. and assured me that if we didnt find it by monday a replacement would be made.as it turns out the chair was just at the management office of my friends complex. just as Anna suggested. and my godson is beyond thrilled with his new chair. all my future Childrens furniture purchases will be with Rosenberry Rooms.

Great Customer Service. Once I received my order confirmation, a few weeks passed and I had not yet heard that my order had shipped. I was beginnig to wonder when i would receive my order. I called customer service and the agent was excellent. Ms Frye informed me it had just shipped and personally emailed me the link to track my shipment in a very timely manner - and she did it with kindness. I also was very satisfied with my order.

I recently purchased a St. Patrick's Day Plaid Personalized Melamine Plate and St. Patrick's Day Plaid Personalized Melamine Bowl from RosenberryRooms.com for my friend's son Conor's 2nd birthday. On the product page it said the products would ship in 3-5 business days. I placed my order a week before St. Patrick's Day and was concerned that due to the holiday the products would not ship on time. I called Rosenberry Rooms customer service and spoke with Kelli who checked on the status and said that my products would ship out the Monday before the holiday. I was thrilled that the products shipped well before St. Patrick's Day. My friend's son was able to eat on his personalized plates on St. Patty's Day! The ship time on the website was true to arrival!!!! Thanks Kelli and thanks Rosenberry Rooms!!!

Slow shipping, poor customer service, and many quality issues.

Many issues with order accuracy and slowest shipping I've ever encountered. While customer service got back with me promptly and were polite at first, I had to call them about five different issues. Who has time for that?  Then after many calls, customer service began treated me like I was a bothersome customer and they didn't have time for me anymore. Not my fault they can't get the order right. They actually began not returning my calls even though I was always polite to them! Took more than three months and many calls to receive most items and when I did receive them they were not correct. Serena and Lilly bedding was stained, furniture missing pieces, letters not cute, sent knob covers not nail covers that were ordered. Less than half of the items I ordered arrived correctly! Way too expensive for these quality and shipping issues. I have still not received three wall letters and a toddler bed conversion kit that I have payed for but I will just lose the money before dealing with these people again. I will not order from this company ever again.

My order took more than a month even though it said it will take only two weeks. Customer service does not "service the customer" at all. Told me my order was shipped but gave me a tracking number that did not work! and they never give you info right away because they need to call the manufacturer every time. Very disorganized...not worth the hassle.

I absolutely love Rosenberry Rooms and shop there frequently! They have phenomenal customer service and the greatest variety of children's merchandise. After reading some of the other comments here, I have to state that these customers obviously don't understand how retail works. Retailers are at the mercy of their manufacturers. The customer who stated that she registered for baby shower gifts and had not yet received three of them, isn't realizing that Rosenberry Rooms is not the company who manufactures and ships the items. They can't control the production speed of the goods.
I have had wonderful experiences each and every time. Their customer service team is top notch and of all the online children's boutiques out there, this company ranks highest in my book!

Why do people like Amazon? Because they communicate well and treat you like a valued customer. Despite what i'd read about this store i decided to order a High Chair from them because while other online stores listed the same highchair as backordered, Rosenberry rooms listed the item as "usually ships in 3-5 business days" - great! i pulled the trigger. unfortunately it was either a ruse, or just incompetence. I got an order confirmation and a link to check my order status - but for a few days it remained blank under 'order status' - after 1 week and NO status update on my order i finally called to find out the product was back ordered! I cancelled the order and asked for a confirmation email - it's been a week and NO confirmation and NO credit issued to my card yet. Beware of this amateur outfit!

Horrible Return Policy!

I received 4 diaper bags for Christmas gifts and tried to return 3 of them. Ok, so it was impossible to return them within the 10 day return window due to the buyer being out of the country (they needed their credit card information).

I have a new baby so it's not the highest priority on my list to send these bags back right away. When I did send the bags back they refused them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I was leery of ordering because I had needed the item quickly. I spoke with a customer service rep at Rosenberry Rooms and explained to them my situation. They gave me personal care without any extra expense. Even though they offered a quicker shipping service, I took my chances and still received the item before my deadline. I would definitely order from them again. My child loves the furniture and I love it too! ~Customer in Weatherford, Texas.

DO NOT REGISTRY HERE IF YOU WANT GIFTS AT SHOWER. Registered for baby shower and have yet to receive any gifts. 3 people made purchases (3 weeks ago). No notification of a delay was sent. When we contacted RR, took 28 hours for reply.
