I would not shop at this store!  I placed an order on Saturday night, received a pending status on Sunday and then a processing status on Monday today is Friday and I have not received any status since Monday. Not to mention that they charged me a   Read full review...

I was planning on shopping here and had problems finding the item on-line so I called customer service and was told by the nasty women I was speaking to I could not place my order on the phone and needed to get my computer to work to place the order I asked for a manager she informed me she was the Manager and her name is Kim. It is a shame that this business is run by women I will be placing this company on Facebook as less than stellar so my friends can tell there friends and ect. Kim even huffed and puffed when she was asked to help find the item.

I ordered a mat for my ODYSSEY, the mat was obviously used, looked like it came from a trade-in from this dealer...this was not noted in the website,that parts are used in some cases. You save a little, but be aware that you are not getting NEW, and UNUSED parts in some cases. Real rip-off, be careful what you order. I would suggest you phone-in the order and ask about what you are getting.

I ordered an AC part on a Monday. I paid $20 for 3day shipping because I wanted it by the weekend. It's hot here in Phoenix, so I wanted to fix my AC as soon as possible.

When the part hadn't shipped by Tuesday afternoon, I sent them an email to see if there was anything that they could do, so I could still get it by the weekend. They never responded, so I sent another email on Thursday, to see what was up... No response... I finally got the part on Tuesday, 8 days after I ordered it.

If someone had bothered to respond to my first email, I would not have had to go without AC in AZ for another week. If anyone had bothered to respond to either email, I might have considered buying something from them again.

Overall . . . excellent. One call made to verify a specific part requirement. Parts department very knowledgeable and question answered quickly. The only disappointment was the order was "processing" for several days after placing the order prior to shipment, howver, this remains a very satisfactory buying experience.

Excellent website for Honda Parts. The diagrams are a excellent way for me to visually confirm the parts I needed. The prices were fair. HondaParts.com is an excellent online merchant who I will recommend to anyone looking for Honda parts.

They charged $11.27 for UPS ground on parts that weighed about six ounces and also added a $4.95 "handling" fee. What a load of crap. I'll never use them again. Honda Parts "Deals"? I'd have done better with the local rip-off Honda dealer. Next time I'll canvass the junkyard instead.

I received the floor mats I ordered very quickly. The only minor complaint is that the mats were a little bent but that problem has resolved itself after putting the mats in the car for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend this dealer.

Although the part was listed, it was no longer available. Its is very nice to be able to see original part numbers but if the part is no longer produced then the website should state that fact(by item).
