Back Country Edge exceeded my every expectation. I actually made 2 separate purchases. The company called me to ask if I wanted them shipped together, which worked better for me. Then, i was asked if it was ok to apply a discount I had earned on one of the products to both, saving me more money. They credited my debit card for the discount immediately. I then received my product the very next day, even though I had opted for free, standard shipping. It arrived waybaheadbof schedule. Great company! After much research for a new backpack I decided on a Redwing 50 by Kelty. I searched several online and "brick and mortar" retail stores and found Backcountry Edge to have the best price and free shipping. The package arrived in about 36 hours using standard (free) shipping. I have yet to use it on any hikes, but I am satisfied with it thus far.
