I ordered a part for our Konica Minolta C351. There was an error on the web site and I received a part for a Konica Minolta C350. When we installed the part it would not work. I called and the next day I received the new correct part and a call tag for the incorrect part. The service I received was great. Errors do occur - but Tonerprice.com fixed the problem as quickly as I could have wanted them to.

Quick and easy on-line purchase. Product was what I requested. Shipping price was a bit high, bit I did request their three day service - but didn't receive it until the fifth day - holiday time.Good company, good price on their product, reasonably good service.

When the toner package was opened it had some loose toner on the cartridge which had to be cleaned off before installing in the copier. Also, the toner does not produce the same darkness that the original toner did so the darkness level on the copier has to be increased to compoensate.
