This is one of those companies that shows their true colours when there is a problem.  Routine orders, no problem but an expired product, that's a problem.  I am still trying to get a refund from them.  They lie and try to blame Paypal, who has no record of the transaction.

At least a week ago, Beauty Bridge indicated that my order (which I placed on 10/9) had been shipped. I have not received it. I emailed them 3 days ago. I have gotten no response.

I placed my order on September 3, 2011, but it only shipped on September 14, 2011, 8 working days later. This delay is unacceptable. It is now September 24, 2011, and I have still not received my order, which I placed 3 weeks ago. I will not be shopping at BeautyBridge again.

I just received my order (from 2/4/11) today in Hawaii, where I live. It was shipped parcel post, which means it ended up on a ship, because they offered free shipping with a $50 order, and mine was $84 total. The box arrived with one corner crushed and one bottle (out of 3 total) broken and evaporated, with the contents having soaked into the tissue used in packing, causing quite a smell in my home. I have e-mailed Beauty Bridge but have not received a reply. Hopefully I will get an answer early next week, if not before. In fiarness, I have ordered the broken product before several times without a problem. This time the post office messed up!

I am very satisfied with my first purchase from Beauty Bridge! My order was processed and shipped within a couple of days. Less than a week after placing the order, I had it in my hands.  The free ground shipping that is standard on all orders is great; and it did not slow my order down.  I received an e-mail when my order shipped and was able to track the package.  I have already placed a second order.

The box the product arrived in was smashed as was the sprayer on the bottle. Some of the product had leaked out. I sent an email to Beauty Bridge via their survey but received no response.
