I was travelling to New York and needed racquet string reel, shirts and socks shipped to my hotel on a specific date. Mansion customer service was very helpful in accepting my request. The shipment arrived on the scheduled date, my products were great, at a nice price. Thank you Mansion.

Unfortunatly the product that is on the website is NOT the product they are selling. I was told by the customer service rep. that the photo is over 5 years old and they need to update their website. I think it's unfortunate this company is misleading those who visit their site with faulty advertising of products.

I had never before enjoyed a more complete collection for my tennis daughter. Thank you Mansion for offering a great selection. The tretorn academy balls were awesome. The balls arrived in a seperate package, would have preferred that my order arrive in a single pack, but I do understand. Overall I would go love to shop Mansion again.

They were very good - They have a nice option where ylu can add special notes to your order (I meantioned that I wanted it there by Christmas) and I got a personalized email that said it was in stock and would ship on time, but gift wrapping was not available because of the size (and did I still want it) - nice touch.
