OTC is a very unreliable website. On one of my orders, 4 days after I paid, OTC reported that they "oversold" and didn't even apologized. When we complained to the manager, he ranted on the phone that he wasn't god and he wasn't sorry. THey may say they have stuff, but they don't.

The prices quoted on the shopping comparison site are for quantities of 12 boxes of glucose test strip(100 strips each). Additionally, shipping is "free" only if you spend at least $50 in mdse. I think this is a bit misleading.

I am pleased to continue using this site for shopping specific items, as what I purchased on-line was much less expensive than in any store. Right now, cost is a strong factor for me to use the internet to get the right price. Also, it saves gas money!

FedEx said they did not have the right address, they left it at another address, couldn't find the address, etc. US mail has been better delivery. Do not us FedEx

I was thoroughly impressed with the wide variety and selection of products at your online store. I was, however, disappointed that you did not carry BD-Insulin Syringes. However, the currect syringes I am using were convincing enough to allow my doctor to change to them. Thank you!

The website was very easy to use and the price and shipping costs were excellent - very competitive. My only complaint is that OTCWholesale has a long sender name and subject line when they sent the confirmation/receipt email. It looked like spam to me and I was concerned about who I had just placed an order with.

My regular Orders from this Merchant usually go off without a hitch. However they have failed to come through Twice on speical they offered regarding subscription to OTC and quarterly shippments. I did receive a call when I logged my first complaint...something about data being lost, (that would be a concern to regarding their security), however the result was the same...never any rec'd product or further communication. If better pricing and opportunity for better customer service arrises, I will be quick to drop my business with OTC Wholesale..

Their prices are the best I've found on the Internet, the expiration dates have always been at least a year in the future, shipping has been very fast and the items are received in excellent condition. Their was a slight delay on my latest order, for which I had paid one day shipping.
