I needed a power supply for server computer. I ordered them a power supply & received that as early as I expected. It was well packed; once I connected that, it wasn’t working. Instantly I called them & explain the problem. They became so sorry & sent me another one .Although my requirement was the refurbished product but it working as new. Really, more than excellent that I expected . Next time if I need any kinds of server product I must contact with them.

Serversupply's customer service is so fabulous that if I can find the same thing available and fixes the rma and any other trouble very rapidly. I've often made the choice to purchase on Serversupply. Thanks to its exceptionally reasonable return policies, and they have lovely product quality. Server supply ships is perfectly packaged and speedily shipped. couple of days before I bought three 8GB Dell memory from this company. But these did not work properly . Then I called serversupply customer service and let them know that this happened. They shipped three more different memory module out and these are fine. Very good customer service. It was very user friendly to make my purchase. 100% awesome their product quality and customer service as well. Extremely happy with serversupply service! Fantastic! An outstanding price, excellent communication on order status, and very fast shipping & Delivered on time. I'll definitely shop from serversupply again for my future.

My mobo came without a backplate. Nothing about no backplate on the website. I called them and a guy with an accent I could barely understand tells me they don't have any backplates. So I tell him that's not stated on the website, so he puts me on hold for 5 minutes to 'contact the warehouse'. Needless to say, I hung up after 5 minutes with no check in or anything. Then I email them and a few days later, they send me a RMA to return the product. They could care less what I need or how to fix my problem.

I was looking for a hard disk drive for my server but I was unable to find it. I called many companies and was informed that items are not in stock and that I would have to wait one to two weeks before I can get my hands on the hard drive. I finally came across server supply. Before placing an order I called to confirm if indeed this was true and to my shock they did have it in stock. With the assistance of Kam I placed an order for a Toshiba 60 giga byte hard disk drive from server supply.com about several weeks ago and I had a great experience with them. During the process of the sales order, I had some issues with the order but their staff was very helpful. They contacted me via email and telephone to make sure that my order gets shipped as soon as possible. Not only that but they email you updates invoices at each step of the order process. Not only was the service great, but comparatively cheaper compared to other retailer I came across online. I highly recommend everyone to use their services. I absolutely love server supply. We needed a hard drive for our IBM X-Series 345, and while IBM wanted more than $300, ServerSupply had it for significantly less. I saw that the most recent reviews were poor and decided to shop elsewhere, but ServerSupply was my backup plan...
Too bad the other company I was looking at didn't answer their phones, it cost them a sale. Good news for ServerSupply because they answered almost immediately! After confirming that it was definitely in stock and that it could be overnighted the same day, I placed the order. I was still concerned because of the other less-than-positive reviews, but even with Priority Overnight shipping, it was only about 1/3 the cost of IBM direct pricing. Cost savings are critical! There is an option on their site to "Get Tracking Number" but I think it e-mails them to get the information to you. I clicked it twice throughout the order day and evening to no avail, but that was alright because we received the package the next day before 10AM, just as expected. The unit worked with no problems. |

Hard drive was listed as "new" on Google shopping, but received a refurbished drive. Buried at the end of the "detailed product description" on their website is the useful information that the drive is rebuilt. It has a strong 30-day warranty. For the exact same money I could have bought a brand new drive with a 180-day warranty. I only went with Server Supply because I thought the drive would ship from their physical location on the east coast which is close to my location. Even this was deceptive- it shipped from California.
The cherry on top is that returning it would cost half as much as the drive itself once you add return shipping to all of their restocking fees, so I guess I'll just hope for the best then replace it with the one I should have bought in the first place when it fails in 31 days. |

First of all, when I checked the HDD product, it was listed as "New", but found out that it's "Used". Not only that, the HDD has DriveLock password and cannot be used. When I called they told me basically there's nothing they can do about it [selling the bad HDD to me], it was the last item in-stock, and they offered a refund. I checked the website recently and it's still selling the same thing, saying "New" and "In-stock" |

Waste of time. I ordered the M017G mother board listed as new for $85.00. 3 days later I get an email that My account has been credited the $85 dollars I call up to see what the problem was and was told that they were out of stock and no more new ones are available. Today I see that they have a new one listed for $130. I call and ask for a stock check. Yes they have one in stock for $125. I explained that I had ordered that board and gave my orginal invoice # and asked if I could get the board at the $85 price of 6-17-11 invoice. The answered was no. I asked what the warrenty was and was told 30days. I questioned the description of "NEW" and was told that the board was not new but was as new. AGAIN BIG WASTE OF TIME. LOTS OF LIES.

I purchased two hard drives and paid full amount in advance.<br>In a few weeks they delivered two wrong drives (same series but cheaper model lacking some functionalities) instead.<br>At first I thought it was a simple mistake.<br>The customer service, however, claimed that they did not have the ones I had ordered but that both models were basically the same, whereas the two models in question carried different prices on their listing in fact.<br>I requested a refund but finally gave up after weeks of futile negotiation with them.<br>I then managed to have them partially refund the amount worth the price difference between the two models.< br>It took me nearly a whole month.<br><br>I would even doubt if they are doing this kind of fraudulent business on purpose to wait for the customers' reluctant concession.<br> |

I called ahead to verify they had a very specific power supply in stock. They said yes and pointed me to a URL on the internet to order the part. Part arrives and its the wrong one. I call back and am basically told that I'm a liar and I didn't know what I'm talking about. They would not exchange without a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.
It's there loss. We're looking for a new partner for parts and this was a test for them. Say goodbye to 15,000 a month in revenues. NOT RECOMMENDED. |

Everything went OK until I recieved a defective drive. I had to pay return shipping and was asked to send it back before the send out the replacement, not good customer service. Then, was charged the original price which was greater than what I current price online, until I caught on and called about it. I'm not confident that the replacement will work either. Says new but judging by appearance of the one I got maybe not and firm stance on not refunding shipping for DOAs. I was also told by sales that they would do the right thing, but after being passed around was told they would not buy someone from India. They also do not respond to e-mails. Just stay away, low price but low quality. Stores like this just waste your time and in the long run your money.

Purchased IBM Hard Drives and received them in a timely manner. This is supposed to be the hardest part of ordering over the web. Verified the hard drives were the correct one by checking the part numbers on the boxes. All looked correct stocked them for a project and when it came time to install they seem to work with no issues. Added the second controller to my SAN and to had an issue getting the hard drives to see the second controller. After contacting IBM it turns out the drives that were put in the box were the wrong drives. The part numbers are correct but the drives were single not dual port drives. Contacted them and they basically told me it was my fault and they were not going to ship me the correct ones. Well BBB which just passes messages back and forth between the two parties came up empty. Bottom line is, stay away from these guys they are RIP OFF artist! Good luck to anyone that does.

Bought a hard drive - advertised as "new" - from Server Supply for an old laptop in July. Hard drive failed a few months later. Pulled the drive out and went to the Hitachi website to send it back for a warranty swap. Hitachi won't cover the drive. Neither will Server Supply. They say they're only on the hook for 30 days; after that I have to go to the manufacturer.
After I complained Server Supply claimed that the reason this drive isn't covered by Hitachi is that it's over 5 years old. But then Hitachi customer service told me they checked their records and the reason this drive isn't covered by warranty has nothing to do with its age -- they said this drive was sold to a computer manufacturer to install on one of its systems. Contrary to what Server Supply claimed on its website, this drive was used, not new. They probably pulled it from a laptop and then claimed it was new. How's that for dishonesty? Even if the price looks good, you can't trust what you're getting from these guys. |

I need a hard drive for old Dell server first i called dell but they said they do not have it they told me to call serversupply. I called serversupply and place the order. I am in NY i got my order in next day. Drive works fine. So far so good. I will do business with serversupply again.
