When I first placed the order  at Inksmile.com they deducted the total from my account 5 times and I had to call to get that striaght.  Then, out of the 6 laser cartridges ordered, I only  received 2 in one brown envelope delivered by FedEx.  When I called, all they could tell me is that when it left their building it showed the weight of 6 laser cartridges. Really!!! 6 laser toner cartridges in one 14 1/4 x 20 envelope! The whole experience of ordering from them has been a total disaster and I will not order from them agai!.  Now they have my money and I still don't have all the toner I need!

I ordered remanufactured cartridges a batch of four for my color laser printer.  Of the four, two left streaks of color along the page and other squeaked badly in operation (embarrassing when clients were in the office).  I contacted Inksmile, but because I had not used them within a year of purchase they would/could not do anything for me.  This was a very poor experience and can not recommend them for others to use.

The color cartridge I purchased for my printer only has black ink in it. Upon speaking with inksmile today, I was told they will be sending a replacement cartridge, and a mailing label to return the defective cartridge at no charge. I'm pleased with their service.

Stock level is unbeatable. There is no problem finding your printers cartridge. I ordered for 4 printers, requireing both color and black printers, and the cost was about the same as buying ONE color cartridge from the local dealer. Shipping was free. I will be ordering again as soon as these begin to run out of ink.

Have had problems with Dell replacement black ink cartridges being an unsupported cartridge. Got new one works great. Customer service good very helpful. Received new cartridge fast. Colored cartridge seems to show ink level but not black. Am satisfied. Just a couple problems.

One replacement inkjet cartridge came with ink smeared on label. There possibly was a little on the exterior of the plastic packaging, as well. But I haven't opened the package yet and it may not pose a problem, other than avoiding the ink blotch when I install it. If it doesn't perform right or leaks, I'll get back to the merchant. Otherwise, delivery was speedy and the transaction was fine.

I had no problems finding the cartridges I needed and purchasing them. I have bought cartridges from InkSmile before and have continued to do so because of the ease of using their website, the selection of merchandise, and the prompt delivery.

Returns and a refund require contacting customer service for a return code. Response to my initial e-mail took 5 days, at which point they offered an in house credit when I specifically asked for a return (as instructed by their website).
