Was not notified that product was no longer available. I had to call to find out why "my order had been cancelled". Received an e-mail stating that "I" had cancelled the order, which I had not and had to call to find out that the reason was that the product had been discontinued. It would have been nice to know that when I placed the order.

I waiting 8 weeks for shipment.  Finally called the company and was told the items were discontinued.  Do not ASSUME  that your order will be filled.

I ordered my desk on 11/17. I then had to call sometime around the first of the month in December as I had not heard anything on my order. I was told my desk had been on back order (which I had not been notified of) and that it should be shipped out within a day or so. The conversation I had with the rep led me to believe that the desk was in stock but my order had not been updated to reflect that. If I did not call to check on the status, I may not have my desk today. The desk is great, I was just as described. The processing of the order was the issue I had.

The chair was exactly what I was looking for. This was for my brother that was to replace a very very old style of drafting chair that was falling apart. He had no problem in putting it together and has enjoyed using it ever since. The chair is very nice and the price and service in getting it was great. The desk is perfect! Great quality. It's so sturdy, we've decided that under it will be the perfect hurricane/tornado shelter! The only problem I found was when I first ordered it, it took 8 days before I could track the status of the order. Other than that, everything ran smoothly.

On line the product showed in stock. Now they say no, can't ever get it. Wanted to know if it is available in different color? No answer. Asked about another product to replace what I wanted, no answer. If nothing can be resolved by Monday I will need to purchase elsewhere, even if the product is one that you have.

My shopping experience with this merchant was good. The thing that was NOT GOOD was the fact that NO TRACKING INFORMATION was made available to me. In fact, I was not even told when my purchase was shipped or which shipper would deliver my purchase. It turned out that FedEx was the shipper. It would have been nice to have been told the name of the shipper and what day the item would have been delivered to me so that I would have known when to be at home. This service is common among most companies any more that I shop with. I was very disappointed in this facit with this company and my shopping experience. Thanks, Bernard Lawrence
