I received the package yesterday evening, but have not had the opportunity to open it yet. It is a Christmas gift for my 2yr old daughter. Ordering ans quick shipping have been painless, but I need to inspect to make sure it is in good shape.

Answer question #6 place order over Internet. Was amaze how quickly I received order.I came upon your service when I put in looking for laundry tree. It was priced lower than what you would get at Lowes and Home Depot. Also it portable can be taken out of ground or can fold down with a cover for it and also a nice color of green. I am very please with order.

I was looking for a taller entertainment center than usual and this was just the ticket at about 34 inches tall. I was able to find it at everything furniture and the price seemed good compared to the local furniture store. Shipping was faster than expected. It was shipped in two shipments by the same carrier but I was only provided one tracking number, and the carrier reported the weight as 4 lbs. I wondered what in the world I had purchased that was so light. The kicker was the light box came first and it was the legs, but later the same day the other box arrived. Not having both tracking numbers could be improved upon, but it certainly came fast and was well packaged and undamaged. It is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Extremely dissatisfied! I ordered a desk for my home office. It arrived and ofcourse some of the hardware and a piece of the desk were missing. It has now been over 2 weeks later and I have still not received the missing pieces. They keep blaming it on the manufacturer - but I didn't deal with the manufacturer I dealt with Everything Furniture. They have horrible customer service and sincerely don't seem to care about their customers.
I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone |

I am very satisfied. I ordered on-line which was easy and the furniture was delivered within 7 days which was wonderful. Packaged very carefully and no damage. Easy to assemble. Only one package of hardware was short one washer. Thank you very much.

Although I had very good service, my order was cancelled due the fact that I live in Canada and shipping and duty costs were higher than i wished to pay. In addition, this was to be a gift and another family member was able to purchase a similar product locally. I would add that your representatives were very responsive in regard to my cancellation and I would be happy to deal with you again .

Merchandise arrived exactly on time. I was concerned when the first shipment arrived incomplete, so I called customer service. The representative assured me the rest of my shipment would arrive the same day and it did! I haven't opened the boxes yet as they are baby furniture and we are still painting the nursery, but I am confident any hidden damage will be corrected. Thanks for your service.

Unfortunately, the color of the chairs was much darker than what was pictured. I had to return the chairs at my expense,$151.00. Plus, I was told I would be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. I also didn't understand why I had to return them to California but, they were sent to me from Indiana. I will never shop through them again.

I ordered furniture than cancelled immediately and the staff said OK. Next day I get a call and the staff tells me that furniture was shipped already and that the order could not be cancelled. Checked with fedex and furniture was not shipped. The customer service lied.

Having products shipped directly from the manufacturer
and not needing real estate (Physical store etc.)
Is the future in buying. There is a problem with getting tracking information with shippers due to the Manufacturer to Website communication. But it must be a real mess trying to deal with 1000's of manufactures at the same time communicating shipping information back to the customer.
I was supposed to call on the phone to get a tracking number Wednesday after the chair was shipped Monday but FedEx woke me up a 9am sharp Wed morning. UPS would have been Thursday so I was surprised I got it Early.
Dealing with trying to track the package versus the price I paid was worth the confusion.
I never received a confirmation email that I placed the order and never received a tracking number email either.
The website has a Sales Question form you can fill out and send but after you send it rather than getting a message saying Thankyou your message has been sent I went to a Internet explorer could not connect. After trying to send it several more times I finally just called on the phone. The funny thing is even though the part of the program that sent me to a dead web address, The message was Still received by the website so the number of messages could be piling up as duplicates etc. causing unnecessary work for them from How many like me got the same message.
I am sure that worker is ready for the nut house LOL

I bought a headboard and frame. The picture showed it with a footboard, and said the mattress wasn't included. I expected to get everything that I saw in the picture, except the mattress, but there was no footboard. I think this is pretty deceptive advertising. I expect that anyone selling the Fargo Queen Size Headboard with Frame - Hillsdale Furniture will be selling the same thing. DON'T buy it!!!

The armoire arrived fine and is just beautiful. The only small problem I had was that I didn't receive any information about the status of my order for a number of weeks after I placed the order. I had to call. It was on it's way but somehow I wasn't notified. But I DID receive it and I LOVE it so I think it was just a small slip-up with the tracking. As long as it's rectified, that's the main thing.

I loved the chairs but one of the arms was cracked and did not notice until it was the last thing to put on. My husband used wood glue to keep it in place. somewhat disappointed with the condition but the chairs are exactly what I wanted.
