Customer service was excellent. The products were also very good. The last one I got is perfect for smaller, agile cats. My 6 months old cat has learned to get up and down this tree in a split second, usus it all the time and just LOVES the tree. It is a total success for her. My other cat who is 3 years old and slightly overweight is not able or willing to climb up.

I was happy to find the size picnic tables I wanted for my kindergarten class. The size and the earth-friendly nature sold it for me. I bought two. They were easy to put together and look great. I have now bought a third to allow more space for the kids' lunchboxes. I asked for advice about whether or not to treat/seal the tables and got a terrific response.

I will definitely order from this company again. My dog loves his steps that now allow him to see out of the front window confortably because they are as high as the window and carpeted! The steps are worth the money. I hope maybe this company can make more furniture for pets because I love to spoil my dog.
