I used to think this was a great website with quality products and fast, free shipping. However, my most recent experience has left me completely disappointed. Holabirdsports sports cancelled my order on two pair if shoes without even contacting me. They "thought the order was a mistake." Thanks for nothing. No help from customer service at all by phone or email. Attitude: we don't care, we don't have to.

Web site stated product did not include a cover so I purchased a cover. When I received the product it did include a cover so now I have an extra cover. Also, the original product I purchased was canceled so I had to order another product. I am happy Holobird offered me a similar product for the same price. This is my first time shopping with this company but overall a good experience.

Holabird Sports website is intuitively easy to use to execute an order. The price of the product is the best and delivery is always on time. I make purchases from Holabird at least 3 times per year for the past decade. Their services are consistent and the company adapts to the changing market. The quality of the New Balance shoes is markedly INFERIOR to a similar order 2 years ago. The shoe size 9 EE is smaller than in at least 5 pairs other New Balance shoes bought from Holabird and other sources in the last 10 years. These shoes are tight and most likely made for Asian feet...

i should say it's horrible experience with Holabird sports. Monday 11-28-2011, i order a tennis racket by phone; Tuesday 11-29-2011, they told me that they don't have the grip size they have in day ago, so give 10% discount to change the grip size and by my requirement giving one time courtesy ship by air; Wednesday 11-30-2011, they called me again that they can not do courtesy ship and previous promise are from "operator".... i had a conversation with the person call "JJ" who said she is the manager directly under the owner. she insist that they give the 10% discount. i'm so angry with Holabird Sports: where is this company's promise to their customer? do they have any truthful to their customer? bad bad reputation!!! do the owner can see it?  the order number: 31856

Holabird Sports offers the products I want which are sometimes difficult to find the size and width on shoes; yet they have the stock and at a competitive price. I especially enjoy the free shipping. When there is a bonus $5 off next purchase on the delivery / packing slip, I get excited for my next purchase and am sure to pass the coupon along to my husband for his next pair of shoes.

The merchant called me after placing my order to say "sorry we don't have the warm up suit in the color you wanted". The woman then proceeded to halp me pick out another pair of white warm up pants. Unfortunately the order came with both items. Neither one acceptable. The fact that I now have to pay for return postage on both is most annoying. I called the merchant and they didn't even have a record of the call telling me my item didn't exist. Not a nice conversation.
