I am very pleased with my purchase I made from them. I ordered a Lexmark color laser printer with free shipping. It was shipped the day I ordered it!!! They sent me a tracking number that night! I ordered a product that was marked "in stock", and selected 2nd day air shipping. I recieved a confirmation of receipt of my order via email, but I received no further notification that my order had shipped, so I contafcted the seller by phone and by email. Several telephone attempts on consecutive days yielded the same recorded message no matter what time of day I called. Telephone messages and emails are still unanswered Weeks after ordering, I have no confirmation of shipment or explanation from the vendor. BEWARE! I am very pleased with a recent transaction with OEL. I ordered an electric shaver. When it did not come, I informed OEL. Their investigation determined that the shipment was lost by one of the major package delivery services. OEL offered me a full refund or another shaver, this one a slightly more expensive newer and presumably better model. Product appeared to have been opened prior to shipment for some unknown reason. Merchant promptly responded to my concern that the unit may have been previously used, reassuring me that it was indeed a brand new unit. I called the company for more than 30 times in a week and had to pay overnight shipping to USPS to ship the gift i bought from the company. They told me in 2-4 days, actually it took more than 9 days !!!!!!! otherwise every thing was good, and the answer machine and the communication system was very difficult.... I hope you guys improve. I ordered the Harmon Cardon HKTS 12 speaker system, this line has been discontinued and replaced with the HKTS 14, more powerful sub-woofer 200 watt from 150, but the Mid drivers went from 4" to 3". OEL was the only merchant to show they were selling HKTS 12. When the shipment came in it was the HKTS 14, I called them and they recognized they hadn’t updated the website. They were willing to take the shipment back, but I decided to keep it. Buying from this company should be the way all companies should opperate. I ordered a Toshiba DVD player via their website and checked out no problems. I got an E-mail right away confirming the order. I then got the payment confirmation - they mentioned in their first E-mail that that would come seperately and it did. Two days later I received my tracking number and the dvd player was already on its way. I got my dvd player like 3 or 4 days after that brand new and sealed.
