The recliner was inexpensive. The service response was good. The people at both Gerler and Southern Enterprises responded to our problems. We were able to assemble BUT, the recliner know will not tighten to hold the chair in an upright position. It slips. The tightening control has little to grab onto.....Pat Drissell

He took my order and had it placed immediately. The order was shipped very quickly and arrived within the timeframe indicated by David.
