Watch out for the "Free" shipping using "ground". I ordered an in stock item on Monday, and here it is Thursday and the item has still not left the warehouse. I called customer service and they told me it has not shippped yet because I selected free ground delivery that takes longer. I expect that when I order an item it will be promptly shippped. Any delay using ground should be as a result of the carrier not the merchant I am purchasing from. The ship from NY I am in NJ - ground works for me. I should not endure a ship delay because I choose the free option!
I am a returning customer and I am very disappointed in the way this company conducts business in this transaction.

Failure to ship "in-stock" order for over one week. Zero communication from company as to order status and reason for delay.

Update: Ordered July 31. No communication from company as of August 7. Contacted company. Promised to be shipped today. Product was not shipped. Now promised shipment for tomorrow. I asked for a guaranty. They said I can cancel my order. Nice! Customer reps and supposed "managers" speak very broken english.

With free shipping, I received the item within 3 business days. I ordered an identical item 1 month ago with similar results. There is an odd clause about charging for charge-backs when ordering, which I've never seen on any other on-line site. Rebate links are listed on the site.

They were concerned about exact match of credit card and phone number which delayed order briefly but showed proper caution in transacting internet business. I did speak with a representative by phone; she was very considerate and helpful. Product arrived and does its job very well indeed. I plan to order more of the same for our other offices.

When I placed the order, the scanners were indicated to be "in stock," yet my order did not ship for 10 calendar days after placement of the order. If the scanners were in stock, why would it take that long to ship? Either they weren't in stock (i.e., CTI misrepresented the stock status), or CTI's fulfillment department is horrible! Either way, I'll try another company next time.

I ordered 4 items and only received 3. I have tried to contact the customer support and have had no response. The 3 items I received arrived very quickly but the lack of response on the 4th item would make me aprehensive about doing future business.

CTI was fine. They used DHL for shipping and DHL got a little swamped around the end-of-year holidays and had trouble delivering it. I don't think this was CTI's fault.
