I recently purchased product from FaucetDirect and before my purchase i talked to one of the customer service guys to make sure i was ordering the correct product. After our conversation i went online to purchase the item i was told would fit. Once the item arrived i tried installing the part on my faucet and it did not work. I called to have item exchanged and to find out that FaucetDirect actually does not carry the part i need. so i asked to have a return set up with a prepaid shipping and a refund for the part and shipping paid earlier. Faucet Directs comment was i have topay for the shipping on both ends and they will only credit for the part. even though thier dumb a## employee was the one that recommend this was the right part in the first place.
I highly recommend staying away from this place for they are scam artists. |

Items defective and missing parts

I usually don't write reviews but I can tell you this company deserves one. I purchased four Moen products from them and three of them were either defective or missing parts in the box. A tub faucet was missing the escutcheon ring, a valve was missing a gasket that is required and built into the unit and a tub spout was missing an escutcheon ring also. When I contacted customer service they told me nothing they could do and I would have to contact Moen myself. I wouldn't ever consider buying something from them again. The odds of this happening tells me something is off about what they are selling. When I contacted customer service I was told someone would get back to me within twenty four hours, it took over a week before I got a response. Of course they did also say I could return the product which is already installed and the plumber paid. One bad product I could understand as "it happens", but three tells me bad company.

I placed an order for a faucet on April 28, which was confirmed well within their time frame for same-day shipment. It should have been delivered on April 29, but was not. On May 2, I received an email asking for confirmation. I called and they claimed that they had sent a prior email that I didn't respond to, which was untrue - no such email was received by me. They also claimed their warehouse was closed on April 29, which was not posted anywhere. I just learned that, despite my confirming the order by phone on the morning of May 2, the item was not even shipped until May 3. The company's own web site, for the item ordered, stated: "This item is in stock and will ship the same day (Monday – Friday) when the order is placed before 2:00pm PT (5:00pm ET)."
Here I am, 6 days after ordering an in-stock next day item, and it still hasn't been delivered. This company's customer service is beyond terrible. I would caution anyone against ordering anything requiring timely delivery from this company, and I will not be doing business with them in the future. |

I ordered a Price Pfister GT533-5SS Genesis Pull-Out Spray Faucet - Stainless Steel. My old Price Pfister faucet was difficult to swivel back and forth (I had one of the cheaper models, WKP-553, that does not have o-rings in it; and it got water and dirt build up over time). The shipping was very fast. I ordered it on the afternoon of January 24th; and it arrived on the morning of January 26th. It was well packaged with plenty of protection in the box. The order information was accurate; and all of the parts were in the box. (And before I ordered the faucet, I called the customer service to ask about returns; and the representative was very helpful.) I installed the faucet on Jan. 27th and it has been working great.
I saved 57 dollars by ordering from faucet depot compared to my local plumbing store ($182.96 vs. $240.00). And I compared Facet Depot to other online stores, and Facet Depot had the lowest price. This was a great deal for me. |

I purchased a nice shower trim kit from FaucetDepot. It was the Delta Lockwood series T18240 in stainless steel and the cost was over $250. The system arrived quickly but after my plumber installed it, we found that extra parts were needed because of the hand shower. The website (and tech support) stated that it works with a hand shower so I assumed it would a simple resolution. Unfortunately, FaucetDepot was no help and the extra valve and trim ended up costing another $100. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. The shower system itself is quite nice and I'm very happy with it. I'm just not happy with the way FaucetDepot does business and their lack of support for what is they sell. Live and learn.

I would highly recommend faucet depot's customer service.
When I called, the salesperson was able to help me with better pricing thru various discounts. When I ordered a sink that would be back ordered, I was informed so that I could make another choice. When there was a glitch in my order being sent out, I was upgraded to a faster delivery to make up for the delay. At all times the salespeople were helpful, pleasant and made the extra effort to be sure that my purchases were correct and would meet my needs. |

Exceptional service! Order 14 different items for a bath remodel job. All 14 items arrived in 3 business days even though we are on opposite coasts. Best price on the internet plus free shipping. (Home Depot was $250.00 more by special order) All but one arrived in original unopened boxes. The one box that was opened was the orginal manufacturer's box and had the correct part and instructions included but it was obvious that someone had returned product. I am hoping all parts are included but will not know until install. Otherwise great service and after reading hundreds of reviews before deciding upon a company I am glad that I chose this one. I also called before ordering to make sure the parts I needed immediately were in stock. Customer Service answered immediately and was pleasant and capable. Wonderful experience.

I first shopped big box stores (home depot and Lowes) then a plumbing store that I was referred to that had lowest prices. In finalizing my research on the internet, I found Faucet Depot. They had what I wanted, lower price than anyone, and my roman tub faucet, matching lavatory faucets, shower heads and diverter all shipped right away and were at my house in 2 days! Of course, I live within 45 miles of the Faucet Depot so my shipping may have been quicker because of this.

The sent me a damaged / used Kohler K6665-7 faucet. When I sent pictures of faucet and box, they agreed to accept return. Repeated emails and phone calls never produced the promised RMA and return label.
Called Kohler - the color had been discontinued months prior. None of that color was available elsewhere on line nor were replacement parts available from Kohler. I am left with trying to use touch-up paint on the part I can’t return. FaucetDepot.com sells damaged parts and then gives run-around when you try to return them. |

I ordered 3 items of bathroom hardware and they arrived well packed in new condition 5 days after the order was placed. Due to some reviews that items were not in stock - even though the website stated that they were - I confirmed availability of the items I wanted through the online chat feature with a customer service representative. Fed/Ex shipment details were emailed soon after my order. I wish there was free shipping, but overall am satisfied with this transaction. Would recommend.

Faucet Depot overcharged me over $500 on my credit card! After some time on the phone, being shuffled around and repeatedly put on hold, it appears that the charge will be corrected (obviously, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place).
Also, one of the items was clearly a return. They did have relatively good prices for their items, but please double-check you credit card bill! |

After receiving four separate shipments over a six week period I finally received the four items as originally ordered. Although telephone conversations were polite and reassuring, numerous returns, back orders and shipping errors resulted in the unnecessary delays that I experienced.
