The first order occured just after Christmas and I recieved my order in 2 or 3 days.Great!!! The last order was submitted around the 16th and I got it yesterday,the 26th still within the time they gave for it to arrive. What is amazing is that it came this quickly thru the post office. Great Job!!!

The order was processed lightening fast plus free delivery! Four hours after placing the order online I received an e-mail that it was shipped. I checked tracking and it was in transit early the next day. Can't ask for anything better.I like the

I received the order quickly. I did have a concern about the product when it arrived - trying to determine if it is damaged. I emailed them and included pictures but haven't heard back from them at all yet (it has only been few days).

I ordered a book from scuba.com on 23 October. It was originally scheduled to be deliverd no later than 4 November. That date got pushed back to 11 November. Then finally (after waiting 17 days) the delivery date was pushed back another 16 days to 25 November. This is completely unacceptable for an online purchase.

I wish they would tell you before you place your order if items are in stock or not. Other sites do and I will be shopping them more often as I have not been able to get what I needed from Scuba.com the last 2 purchases. Of course you don't find out until a week after it hits your credit card..This does need to be corrected before I purchase again from Scuba.com

The overall experience with Scuba.com was OK. However, I found their shipping rates to be a little outrageous. I paid 22 dollars for 3 day shipping that showed up 5 days later. Again, not a BAD experience but will try one of the others as well.

I wanted to speak with a live body because I've been wearing out a pair of fins every 2 years or less. I wanted quality AND economy. Your rep was extremely helpful in finding both and in discussing the pro's and con's of various alternatives. Shipment time was half of what I expected. Scuba.com does not carry all the products that they claim to have "ready for delivery". I ordered 5 different things. After 5 days I received am email saying that my order would be delayed because of 2 of the items. 2 days later I received an email saying that the 2 items would be delayed for 30+ days. They also said that they were going to ship the 3 things that they had in stock. The 3 items showed up at my house 17 days after placing my original order online.
Terrible company. 60% of my order shows up seventeen days after placing the order. Wagontrains were literally faster in moving goods across the USA. You are dealing with a very bad e-commerce company when you order from scuba.com! |

I ordered items that all were stated as "instock" I recieved an e-mail stating that the delivery date would be a certain time. I recieved another e-mail changing the delivery date, I recieved a third e-mail changing the date again. I contacted Scuba.com and was told that they had no control over when the vendors could supply the item. Then why are you advertising the items as "instock" I told them that if they could not get the order to me before I left on my dive trip I wanted to cancel the order. They responded back that the could not fill one item. I called them and told them to drop that one item off the order and fill the rest. I was told it would ship that day. Two days later I get a credit for the entire order. I sent an e-mail asking why they credited the entire order and never got a response. I will neve order from Scuba.com again

After repeated attempts to order product online with Visa and Mastercard credit cards I was asked to submit a credit card statement by e-mail or fax. After repeated attempts to upload the credit card statement it was uploaded but my order was cancelled by scuba.com. I called scuba.com and received a very cold and unhelpfull reception on the phone and started looking at other companies selling the product.
I ordered the same product with one of the same credit cards as before, for the same price shipping costs and received my product 5 days later from the other supplier situated in the USA (I live in Dubai UAE) via FedEx.
Needless to say scuba.com has lost a client for life as I will not waste my time (or hard earned cash) trying to do business with them again!

I purchased a wetsuit. I had a question prior to the purchase. I sent and email and received a prompt reply. I returned the wetsuit because it did not fit. The refund was promptly made. The package was sent to me via FedEx. I was emailed a notification that my package was delivered several days after I had already received it.

Warning! Rude scumbags! Lies about inventory, many items not in stock then changes order by email and shipped the switched items within 20 min of email notification, and make you pay for the shipping for return! Worst of all, confusing billing system, and then over charges your credit card. When confronted with clearly and correctly calculated itemized bill, argues with the customer for a mere $25 over 10 email replies and would not budge or point out where the cusotmer calculation is incorrect, just simply refuse to refund the over charge. Be aware, check out Yahoo reviews there, these people are scums! Then they will call you on your cell unrelentingly for their mistakes!

PURCHASED ONE AND IT'S ZIPPER WAS TOO SHORT FOR EASE OF PUTTING ON, ORDERED ANOTHER BRAND IT FIT GREAT BUT IT HAD GLUE ON SLEEVE WHERE NAME WAS PUT ON. SINCE WE WERE LEAVING ON A DIVE TRIP, I KEPT IT. IT JUST LOOKS LIKE SILVER DOTS/SPLASHES AROUND THE WRIST AND AT THE TOP OF ARM. SUIT IS GREAT JUST LOOKS LIKE A SPLASH OF SILVER ON SUIT.
