I ordered the Lenox ballerina jewelry box and diary for my daughter for Christmas and I can't wait until she opens them.The items are very good quality and were a good price ,one of the most inexpensive I could find on the web.I wasn't thrilled that I had to pay $10 bucks for shipping and tried to find other items to purchase so I would qualify for free shipping but nothing else tickled my fancy.O' well, I got the items in perfect condition, and on time. I'd purchase from here again but only if I got free shipping.

Once I placed my order there was absolutely NO CONTACT with TableAndHome.com. Although there was a customer service phone number and an email address for customer service, no one answered the phone (ever!) nor responded to emails. My shopping experience with TableAndHome.com gave me the impression that they were a scam operation. I will never shop on this website again; nor will I encourage anyone to do so.

I ordered a special crystal martini glass to be delivered to a special friend for her birthday. This was ordered at least 2 weeks before the birthday date. Three weeks later she had not received the gift. Tracking said that the order had been processed, but not sent. When I called the company, I was informed that this particular glass was no longer in stock and was unavailable. I do not understand why I was not notified of this at the time of the order. I had to settle for something less than I wanted and the whole birthday surprise was ruined for me.

I purchased the godinger flutes waited two weeks and in that time kept checking on the item. After two weeks of the item not shipping and it showing the product was still available and would ship in 2-3 days, I emailed customer support. After emailing they inform me the item has been discontinued and that they will cancel my order. So for two weeks they allowed you to purchase it??? That's just unacceptable.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised to find this wesite. I was looking for last minute Martini glasses that will arrive by New Year's eve. I searched the web and not only does Table and Home gurantees delivery by December 30 for a reasonable shipping rate, but the glasses I wanted were half price than anywhere else I looked!

Horrible !!!!!!!!I ordered a Palm Tree Center Piece which after it took a few weeks to receive , was incomplete they sent me the plates but not the center piece stand. After trying to call everyday and numerous emails, No one ever answers the phone or emails, I returned the package to them they owe me a refund for $249.99 and as of this date they are totally ignoring my emails and not answering there phone.
This company Has a terrible, poor Customer Service and I will never ever purchase from them again.

And I am even wondering if it is a fraud.

My purchase took over a month to arrive. In order to track the progress of my order I needed to make many phone calls some daily and still was not assured of when my purchase would arrive. I was given a "story" that the factory was doing their inventory; that there were too many orders around the holiday and one day I was even told that they were told I cancelled my order! One particular day I was told by the rep at Table and Home that the rep that knew the most about my situation was off. When I asked why she (the one I was speaking to) couldn't help me she said she needed to leave a message on the phone of the one off. I GUESS YOUR COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE COMPUTER ACCESS. All in all it was a totally unacceptable situation. A "Christmas present" for my brother ordered on December 15th (most on-line shopping sites were guaranteeing arrival before Christmas) didn't arrive until January 12th and when it arrived it was left by the UPS deliverer curbside where anyone could have picked it up! Shop with ease, also the website is well put together. Being in the IT field I see a lot of website and many of them are boring and plain this on is profession and perfect.

They told me things ship usually in 3 days. After almost two weeks it hadn't shipped and they didn't tell me so I sweated out a thanksgiving arrival the day before thanksgiving. The items made it but why it took so long no one could tell me.

One of the two items I ordered was incorrectly described in the on line catalogue. I wasted time and money on an item I didn't want. I don't think I will order much on-line because I need to see the item before I buy it. It's too costly to buy on line. Prices are usually the same as in the store or slightly cheaper, but shipping is very high and eliminates any savings and adds to the price. Then if the item isn't what you wanted, or is incorrect or doesn't fit or a myriad of problems that occur when you don't actually see, feel, try on,etc. the item, return shipping charges are incurred and it is really an expensive proposition. So far the only things I have been happy with were clothing purchases I made where I had seen the item in atore, but they were out of a color I wanted or I tried on a different color in the correct size and then ordered the size I needed that the store was out of, but since I tried on the item in another color, I knew it would fit. Almost all other purchases have proven to be a waste of time and money.

I ordered on 9/21/09 and have never received my order. When I tried to get on site I could not. I will never shop at this site again. I just recently cancelled my order and as of yet did not hear from them. The only response from them was item was back ordered but no one emailed me to let me know this until I emailed them. If they arrive soon, as my indicated by "Mike" when I called them, I will be glad they finally came and I would trust TableandHome.com in the future... if not, no way and I will have to call my credit card to stop payment.

They refunded my purchase and I was greatful for that. The company was hard to reach during their business hours, and they never returned my calls. I had to always call them. They told me that they were in the process of changing their warehouse or something, but still they could have been polite and returned my calls. I would have respected a company that would have done that. They may be fine to shop with now, but I will not.

I would suggest to NEVER order anything from this store.  I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not shipped.  I have called numerous times to check status.  Only twice did I speak to a live person to see why it hadn't shipped and he could only tell me that he would have to check into it and call me back. Still waiting for that call back...it has been over a week now.  When I call the so-called store now, no one answers the phone at any of the extensions.   I have left messages on some voicemail boxes (still no call back) & some of the vm boxes are full, so you can't leave a message.  I have now contacted the credit card company and told them to not pay these people.  Absolutely disappointed with the customer service here and would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use them again.

Ordered a cupcke stand for daughter's 2nd birthday TWO WEEKS in advance.  NEVER shipped! NEVER arrived! WASTE of TIME & MONEY! I could have ordered it from another company & received on time. Since cupcakes were the theme, this nearly RUINED 2ND BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!

I am having a horrible time with TableandHome.com.  I waited 2 months for my dishes.  They arrived 10 days ago in pieces.  They were packed in only cardboard - no bubble wrap.  The box was not marked fragile.  Now I can't get anyone to call me back.  The girl I was dealing with --I found out today is no longer with the company.  Then I found the same dishes (Noritake Colorwave in Suede) $86.00 cheaper on the Bed Bath and Beyond site.  I will NEVER order from them again.  I would give them zero stars - Nada. None.

Extremely shady!!!  I have been owed a refund of almost $1200 for three months.  They are a very questionable company, they have had many complaints against them on ebay. Be careful!

Ordered a Russ Berry button doll.  Arrived in a box doubled over in a carton far too small for the doll, so horrible packaging & presentation!  I called to complain, and the rep basically said they'd never had any problem with it before.  I responded by asking to return it for a full refund. After a week, heard back from her.  Long story short, I spoke with the company owner, then back to the customer service rep, and after many emails and 3 weeks of aggravation, I FINALLY got a 25% discount credited to my credit card.  Never in all my 15+ years shopping the web have I had such poor customer service, and I would never shop there again, and certainly would never recommend them to anyone I like!

I am appalled that I ordered a gift for a sick friend weeks ago and it has not yet arrived for her. This is unacceptable, and I doubt I will ever shop here again. In fact, I'm not sure my order ever WILL arrive.

The customer service I received from Table and Home was excellent. There was an issue where UPS had separated my boxes and I had to call Table and Home to find out where the other half of my order was. They quickly got to the bottom of the situation and called me back in a timely manner. Unfortunately I didn't write down the name of the person that helped me, but she did a wonderful job. Thank you!

I ordered from this site because of the large flashing "orders ship same day" that was a banner on their site. As it turned out, it took 1 full week before the order shipped out. When I called to inquire, the customer service rep very coldly said "it's problems with the vendor" and offered nothing else. Then I sent in an email to express my frustration and got a nice email back that said they would send it the next day. When I checked UPS, there was yet another delay. The whole experience was a headache... all over a plush stuffed animal that was available on plenty of other sites. I would not recommend this site at all.

Ordered about a dozen items. Never got them. Merchant cancelled the order after about 3 weeks, withou notifying me. Never responded to any emails during those three weeks or one after cancellation. Still have no idea why the order was cancelled by the merchant. Stay away from this merchant.

I had a very bad experience with this company. When you call, you get an answering machine message that says it is their corporate office. I doubt that because when I did finally reach them, they answered "hello." They moved their warehouse and didn't send out my order as they were too busy with their move. I DO NOT recommend this company.
