I've ordered two of the same items from this merchant and had no problems with order # 1. The second order was shipped to a different state and the wheel was defective so a replacement had to be sent. It took a while to contact the return/service department but they did contact the manufacturer who sent a replacement wheel out. I like the website and the products are awesome but it seems like only one person works on the returns and when that person is unavailable the phone rings unanswered or is answered by someone in another department who has to leave a message for the person to return the call.

I was very pleased with my wheelchair, it came so quickly and was up to my expectations (in some instances better). there was a free jay cushion which did not come with the shipment and which I could not track, so I had to call. It was backlogged but promised for delivery and it did come as the customer service said. If I have one suggestion: the wheelchair says that it the back angle can be adjusted, when I got it indeed can, but with tools and on a semi-permanent basis. I had hoped for more clarity on this as I was hoping it was more easily handled with a knob. Still...This is a wheelchair specification not a service problem.

Shoping with this company via the internet was a very good experience. The merchandise is quality and I am expremely pleased. This equipment will be used on July 23 and 24 for my Cancer Walk to End All Women's Cancers in Calgary, Alberta. I will be pushing the wheelchair on the 60 km two-day walk. I have pushed the wheelcharir 15 km each day since I received the equipment on June 27. I am extremely pleased with everything.

This is my second purchase from 1800wheelchair.com. They carry all the brands at a great price. Merchandise is shipped from manufacturer, so any shipping delay is the fault of the manufacturer and not 1800wheelchair. Canadian postal strike was an issue with my latest order. I had to call to find out why I hadn't received my latest order more timely, but once I called and they were aware that I was concerned, they kept me informed of my order status. Customer phone service was very pleasant and informative to deal with.

I was concerned about buying a quad cane because I knew they weren't in my budget even though I felt it a very necessary purchase. I was also concerned about how long it would take to get to me since I needed it for the harsh winters we sometimes get in Erie, PA. Called and talked to person at Company first. Then decided what exactly we wanted and needed. Ordered item on line was shipped propmtly. FedEX didn't deliver on date they said we were not home or unavailable. I had called them several times during the course of the day as it was on their site to be delivered. I was sitting on my porch all day from 12 noon and they never came. Then at 7pm it said on their site unavailable or not there or something like that. I called FEDEX again and they tried to contact the driver I told them that I seen the truck passing my block on the main street. He was on the way back to the terminal, they delivered the next day. But the problem is and was that if FEDEX sat on it for 1 more day it would be free as per the AD 2 day delivery or it is free. Not 1 800 wheelchair problem they sent it but the FedEx driver said he was here, He never came even my neighbors were looking out for the FEDEX truck. The service was great the delivery service was the problem, I cannot blame 1 800 WHEELCHAIR they even called FEDEX to complain. I would buy from them again anytime. Then at about 7pm
