Fox Creek

I am very happy with my Fox Creek products (so far!) and my "shopping experience." My only - but rather big - complaint is about the shipping and brokerage fees. The shipping fee to Canada was $18 for one wallet, which is almost the cost of the wallet itself! I decided to buy two wallets since the shipping was only $1 more. Hence, the two wallets with the shipping costs came out to $35 each - still not bad for quality, USA-made products. Since the wallets are USA-made, I assumed there would be no duty fees on them. There weren't; instead I had to pay an extra $40 in tax and brokerage fees! The tax was only $7... THE UPS BROKERAGE FEE WAS $33!!! A total ripoff and lesson learned. No more UPS shipping of products-over-$20 for me! My suggestion to Fox Creek is that they look in to shipping through the good, old post office. Or do they charge such exorbitant brokerage fees too? Thanks for letting me vent!

I have never met better people to deal with for my motorcycle wear. Their product and craftsmanship is superb. This item did not fit to my exacting standard - I called them for advice - my replacement jacket was on its way that same day with the understanding that I would return the one I had received. Spoke with three different staff members throughout this transaction - all three were completely knowledgeable about store product and policies and were unfailingly courteous and helpful with a touch of humor. I am a returning customer who will keep returning again and again to Fox Creek as they are simply the best at what they do.

I found their website easy to navigate which made my shopping easier. They had good descriptions of their products and upon receipt of my vest I found their description was very accurate. The sizing recommendation was perfect. I sent my order in via their web site and initially I requested a "custom" alteration. Within one hour of sending my order in I received a phone call clarifying my request. Their product and customer service was so good I'm now trying to figure out a way to actually go to their store!

Product ordered was of excellant quality but did not fit. Return proceedure was easy and efficient. Cust. service was polite, concerned, and got the job done. The product was advertised as being able to conceal a handgun which was what I wanted. I did not think it would do so effectively for me so I returned the product. Others might find it works for them depending on body shape and size. I stress that quality was excellant and I would not hesitate to order other leather wear products from this company.

Ordering and purchasing the mens vest was easy. The directions for determining size were clear and simple. The vest came larger than I'd prefer to I traded it in for the next smaller size with no problems. When I'm ready to purchase a jacket the fall I will definitely buy from FoxCreek Leather. i was disappointed to discover that I had been sent 2 pairs of mismatched gloves and was concerned about the cost of returning them. However, Chippy immediately responded to my email, apologised for the error and said I did not have to send the original order back. She immediately took steps to despatch replacements which she assured me would be double checked to make sure my order was right the second time. I couldn't ask for anything fairer than that and I would certainly shop with Fox Creek Leather again.

Ordered sunglasses 2 weeks ago; paid for 3 day expedited delivery. Fox creek elected to send normal shipping so I wasn't billed however they stated would be 2 day delivery from California to Nevada. It has been over 2 weeks and still no glasses.

Absolutely great ! Within seconds of placing my order they called me on the phone in the UK to check a few measurements and reccomend the next size up. Vest arrived yesterday and they were right !
