I received any email that the ink was out of stock and then another email came that it was discontinued rec's 2 different credits. I did say that they could wait till it was in stock. If they can take your money for products the least the could do was to call if there is a problem - I looked but could not find a phone number just an email address. I REALLY do like the company's product but when there is a problem you need human voice contact.

Quick to charge, slow to ship! They IMMEDIATELY charged my account, they did not ship until AFTER I contacted them about the problem 5 days later and then, they attempted to claim that they had shipped by shipping if 2 hours before they responded to my inquiry. Low price sometimes mean piss poor service. The quality of the produce remains to be seen. It arrives in an unmarked sack and did not including the normal recycling information you should receive with every toner cartridge. There are better online stores. Shop elsewhere.

THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE INK IN STOCK. THEY HAD TO PUT MY ORDER ON BACK ORDER. AFTER 1 WEEK THEY STILL DID NOT HAVE MY INK IN STOCK. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND IT WAS GIVEN.

I bought a 5-Pack Remanufactured T069 Cartridge Combo for my Epson Stylus CX6000 Printer in June from ABCink.com.  They delivered the products pretty fast and looked all good when I received the products.

I installed the three color cartridges immediately once I received them and kept the authentic black cartridge which still had ink left.  I printed a couple of pages and everything looked ok at this time. 

However, just after a couple of months, I tried to print some maps, one of the color cartridges stopped working. This was only the second time I did another color printing and my Epson showed the ink levels were good.   I even cleaned the printing head, but one color still couldn't come out.  Plus, the 'pull label' was wrongly placed on the black cartridge.  Once I pulled the 'Yellow label' which I supposed to pull before use, the black ink started leaking.  

I was so disappointed with the cartridges I purchased from ABCink.com.

Received 1 incorrect printer cartridge on original order. Returned cartridge for replacement and received correct cartridge promptly. The only negative is the return postage I had to pay to return the original cartridge. This was the first abcink order of many that I have had any problem with, and abcink's prior service has been excellent.

The answer to Question #2 is not quite accurate. There was a minor discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received. Specifically, the order I submitted included two Light Magenta and two Magenta cartridges. Instead, I received four Magenta and no Light Magenta. No problem, really. I can always use the cartridges I received and will simply re-order the two I didn't. ABCInk has been advised of this for their information and acknowledged it. Overall, I have found both the service and the products from ABCInk to be excellent.
