Will not use again.  I bought two HP compatible toner cartridges; one went too dim to read after fewer than 100 copies.  I sent an e-mail and in a couple of days, a lady called me to offer to help.  She was very nice but wanted me to print off and mail them a copy count off my printer to see if I was telling the truth.  For one thing, I had no clue how to do this, and I really didn't want the hassle, so I just put in the second cartridge and it is too dim to read right out of the gate.  They claim to be reputable, and maybe I'm the exception, but two bad cartridges out of two looks like a pattern to me.  This was a total waste of money, but a lesson learned.  Beware.

 This company has a very good customer service and there very prompt on their order status and the best part if your toners are defective they have a  one year warranty on all there products.

This is the third time I've ordered products from them. They've consistently delivered on time. Their inkjet cartidges work great with my Epson printer and at 1/3 the price of a genuine Epson cartridge.

The order was made at the same time. It was filled by two different companies. The Computer Ink we got within days and it was sent UPS. However, the ribbons was sent out days after the order was made. Tracking it with Fed Ex, it went to several locations on the east coast before it got here(over ten days later). Needless to say the delivery was not worth the savings. No we will not be making any further purchases.

I haven't actually used the ink yet, so I cannot evaluate its quality, but it arrived FASTER than expected! The only thing that was weird was that the packing slip wasn't with the package, it was mailed later.

I had no problem with the transaction or service except the tracking number I received was off by 1 digit. After a phone call I received the correct tracking number. The ink jet cartridged arrived as promised on schedule. I believe this was nothing more than a typographical error. The CS person I spoke with was very helpful. She tracked the order while I spoke with her from her copy of the purchase order and then gave me the correct tracking number.

Everything went well. The first ribbon I tried was not a proper fit for my printer. I called customer service & they were very polite & helpful & told me to try a different ribbon. I did & that one fit fine. They said they'll send me a replacement ribbon for the original defective one.
