I like the product but the back office is terrible.  I was set up to have regular scheduled deliveries of the product.  They billed me twice some months and then sent me to a collection agency because they claimed I was a month behind.  A customer service girl named Princess told me everything would be fine but it wasn't.  Don't trust their customer service people or their billing staff.

I tried Murad as a last ditch effort to control my adult-onset acne. Proactive and every other product had failed miserably. Ordering was easy, convenient and accurate. The products showed up very quickly, and I could not have been more impressed with the results. After 2 weeks of use, my skin completely cleared up, was not dry at all, and looked better than it had in months!

I first heard of Murad six years ago through and info commercial for their Acne Complex Kit. I ordered the kit and was so happy when it arrived just a few days later. Talk about fast service. Since then I have used the Acne Complex Kit and have tried many of their products and have always been very happy. I love the variety that the Murad line offers. I moved to Los Angeles a few years ago and was so happy to hear that Murad had a spa in El Segundo, CA. This was my first facial experience since I had always been fighting acne I was more than cautious. The employees at the spa were fantastic and made me feel comfortable in doing a facial. My skin looked and felt so clean and I am already looking forward to going back. I would recommend Murad to anyone who needs a good skin regiment.

First of all, I love Murad products. I have combination skin that sometimes breaks out. I went to a dermatologist and a Beautician and they both recommended Murad. I was excited when I discovered that I could buy their products online from Murad.com. I purchased two products so that I could take advantage of their special shipping promotion. I bought skin perfecting oil free lotion and clarifying toner. I used the 5-7 day shipping (cheapest) and the products actually arrived within 3 days. I was very satisfied!
