I still have not received all of my order and no credit has been given my account for the Crest and Vacuum Bags. I paid for one each and was suppose to get one free. This is a big rip-off store. I didn't even get what I paid for! I'm giving them the rest of the week to correct my order before trying to get my money back and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

To further explain Question #2 - Did you receive the product(s) you expected, in good condition?" - The pump top bottles of lotions were not locked down and sealed and nearly all of them had leaked and lost content in the box - it was a real mess and we had to clean each bottle.

Return policy and procedures needs refinement. Instructions are minimal and labels are not provided. Operators/representatives all speak in "foreign English" accents. The person with whom I spoke was most difficult to understand. Take a clue from Lands'End or Zappos and make things hassel free!!!

1. The online order form is fussy and messy. Needs to be simplified and clarified. 2. This was a physically small order that could have gone in an envelope. It arrived in a carton. This is exemplary, however, in this particular instance, I would have appreciated receiving it sooner. Overall this was good service and the items arrived in perfect condition.

My wife has severe eczema Vanicream is one of if not the only products she can use. I paid extra for 2 day shipping on 1-8-12 we did not receive the package until 1-18-12 at 7pm at night.. We recieved confirmation e-mail on 1-9-12.. On the 3rd day my wife called and they told her that the order was not shiped yet. I called the next day let a message and continued to leave messages for the next 3 days. I expected a return call or at least an e-mail letting us know that a delay occurred for some reason, apology or at least some contact to say we would get re-embraced the 2 day fee for waiting over a week. Nothing no contact other than taking my money. I highly doubt I will ever use OTC again which is a shame considering I use it to purchase my medical supplies for my machines. I was looking forward to using for my wife medical needs as well.
