Digital Gift Store is certainly one of the better non-mega-corporation online retailers. Over the past two years, I've purchased small items for my office, but have also got some big ticket stuff like a firepit. My items always come on time and I never feel like I'm being cheated on shipping. A perfect combination for an ecommerce site.

This site offered really interesting and cool selection of Infinity wall clocks that allowed me to find the perfect new addition to our redesigned lounge. I saw a similar style clock at Pier One, but it was almost double the price, so naturally, I ordered up this bad boy and am pleased that it is at my home, on my wall, in perfect working order. Buying from this site caused me no worries, so therefor, of course I will buy again!

This is one of the good ecommerce sites I’ve used. I was initially wary about using them, but they had the best price for a weather station that I wanted. It came on time, it perfect working conidition. There were no hickups or problems with the process at all. I’ve a very happy costumer.

I had a great experience with DigitalGiftStore.com! The customer service center is extremely helpful and didn't appear to want to speed me along when I called to ask questions about a toaster oven I was looking at. It's hard to buy online and the additional service was a must. In the end I bought exactly what I needed, it was less expensive than what I was originally looking at, arrived very quickly and I am happy as can be. I would certainly put my business their way again!

I found this site while google-searching for a weather station. I was pleased with the price they had for the Oregon Scientific advanced weather station and quickly placed an order. The station arrived quickly, but unfortunately it came with the incorrect power supply. I got in contact with the support at Digital Gift Store, and they reached out to their distributer and were able to get a correct power unit sent to me for free within the week. I'm very impressed with their price and how they opperate, they didn't just simply shift the blame to another company, they took matters into their own hands and resolved the issue themselves, for my benefit. This site has secured themselves another customer!

I'm quite pleased with this site's outstanding service, and extremely surprised to see how fast my weather station and pet supplies shipped.
I was also incredibly pleased that when I emailed their support to check on something, I got a response from a real person! And not only was it not a premade email but it was friendly and even had a good sense of humor. Digiresources.com easily gets an A+ as far as any online retail goes. Great selection, great prices, and great support. |

A true diamond in the rough when it comes to e-commerce sites. I've consistantly received all of my purchases on time and in perfect shape. I've had some issues with a lot of the big name online retailers, but never Digitalgiftstore.com. They are great!

I bought a KidKraft outdoor pirate sandbox for my son from DigitalGiftStore.com. I placed the order on a Sunday, had tracking information within 2 days. The box was missing a screw needed to attach the top and I contact the store right away. I heard back from them within 3 hours and was told they had contact KidKraft and the screw would be shipped within 24 hours. Sure enough, I had the part in hand within the next three days and my son LOVES his pirate ship. Have no complaints at all!! The service was great.

Very impressed with Digital Gift Store's prompt response to a problem with with one of my orders. Though I was initially perturbed with the mistake, my annoyances were assuaged after talking with their support team. I was able to receive my replacement item in just a few days after contacting them. I'm very pleased that I decided to shop on their site and that even though there was a mistake, they did they're very best to fix it.

I have a new apartment, so I have been decorating and have used online retailers as resource for finding the best gets. A great site which I've used to by several accent items is DigitalGiftStore.com. They have all sorts of cool things, but I've been really impressed with their decorative items. They have quite the variety of different stuff, but their wall art is really amazing. I've easily saved at least a 100 bucks on wall art by using this site.

This site has great shipping and an amazing selection of great gift items. I go to Digitalgiftstore.com to get all sorts of gifts for family and coworkers. I recently got my dad a weather station (he loves all that kind of junk) and he's totally in love with it. The shipping cost on it was super reasonable and it arrived really fast. I'm stoked about my purchase and glad that I can get all sorts of stuff that will make me my dad's favorite kid!

I ordered a Nostalgic Electrics wok from digital gift store as a Christmas present to myself. I fancy myself a bit of a stir-fry master, since it's pretty much all I ate at University. The wok was cheaper than the ones available at Target and stores like that. The wok also arrived in about 8 days, including weekend. I'm super pleased with this product and consider finding it a WIN!

I purchased a total of five items this Christmas from Digitalgiftstore.com: a weather station, an RC helicopter, a new watch, a GPC and a decorative clock. It was great finding an eclectic assortment of items which made perfect gifts for my friends and family. It was great to find all of these gifts at a lower price than I found in the real world, and I was pleased when all of my gifts arrived and nary a one was damaged. It was almost priceless having a relatively stress-free shopping holiday experience!

I ordered a child gate on the 20th and it is the 1st and still not shipped. They have lied twice now about the date the item would ship. Denise with the company seems to not really care about the issue. They will not return my calls either. Run Run Run. Amazon was higher but I know I would have already have the item. So what it was a holiday weekend. This is the web my friends. It has had over 5 business days without the holiday to ship and it has not.

I received yesterday the Audiovox GPS unit for my husband (he's constantly getting lost) and placed an order yesterday for a radio controlled helicopter for my son. Digital Gift Store quickly shipped my weather station while I was living down in South Carolina and I was happy to see that the hardware weathered the heat and humidity. Run from this company! I ordered a component for my weather station. It did not work when I got it. I returned it to the company and they never sent my refund. I finally challenged the charge with my credit card company and did not have to pay. This company then charged me the amount in a penalty assessment they reported to the Associated Credit Services (Collections agency) in Idaho. They said their "Purchase Agreement" allowed them to do this because chargebacks make them look bad. I have no product. I get a bad credit hit from them. And the interest keeps accruing. Don't believe me. Read the purchase clause they make you check when placing your order. This company will TAKE your money one way or another. Very rude. Very Unprofessional.

NIGHTMARE AND SCAM ARTISTS: Bought a summer infant monitor and the item delivered was in a box labelled "refurbished" Contacted Digital Gift and they apologized and said I should return which I did. I did not want a replacement so asked for credit. After 6 weeks with no credit issued to my credit card, I placed a dispute with my credit card company and Digital Gift accused me of doing this "maliciously" and told me to remove my dispute with the cc company which I did not do. They now have reported me to a collection agency...for what I have no idea, although I suspect they are just hoping I will send them so money to get the collection agency off my back. I have impeccable credit and these guys are unscruppulous. DO NOT USE THEM.

This was a great experience!
Placed the order with digitalgiftstore after looking over and researching this product online at amazon and various other resellers. The order was placed at night March 2nd and was processed the following business day on Tuesday. Processing was very fast and received an email with the tracking information Wed, Mar 3, 2009 at 9:20AM!!! Overall, a very good company to do business with. I didn't find any need to contact them via phone as everything was done online, but I'm sure there phone support is just as good as there online ordering process. After confirming a Xmas delivery by email on Dec 14, I ordered the item. UPS got the electronic info on Dec 20th, actual item shipped late on Dec 21st, actually delivery date Jan 2, 2008. Customer service is poor, phone contact is almost impossible, emails are just form letters with no real answers to the questions you ask. Returns require a 15% restocking fee and you pay the shipping both ways - I could not get an estimate of these costs even though I requested them in writing twice. They don't take any responsibility for this unreasonable delay in shipping. This is my first bad experience buying online. I would avoid this vendor - there are better choices.

That store is a joke or scam if you prefer. They sent me broken wall clock and when I asked them to give me money back in exchange of the box with broken glass that I got, they answered "since you are not seeking an exchange for your defective item our non defective return policy will have to apply." And more "In addition to this fee, a charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned missing or containing broken parts."
That means I have to send them item back and they will not credit transaction. I opened dispute with credit card and will file complains with BBB and FTC! |
