MY EXPERIENCE SUCKED!

My experience was horrible.  The item was backordered.  I never received an email when it was shipped.  It didn't take long as I exspected for a backorder, but that wasn't an issue for me.  The problem was, the battery is no good. They claim all batteries are brand new, it want hold a charge.  It was a waste of my time and money.  I don't feel like returning it, I'll have to eat this lost. The product SUCKED!

DOA battery, no refund yet

Ordered a battery for my MacBook, which turned out to be DOA. They immediately issued an RMA with a shipping label, which was nice -- but now nearly two weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. 

As if the inconvenience and wasted time of being sent a defective product wasn't enough, now they're taking their sweet time refunding my purchase price. Based on my experience, I'd stay far away.

disapointing

Bought a lamp from them in February. It broke in March sent it back they finally sent me the new one the first week of May. It broke last week so this time when we called to get the RA# we ordered another lamp and paid extra shipping so we will not be down a TV for so long. The extra lamp we bought they shipped the wrong one. We called them and asked for them to send us the correct one with a return label and when UPS brings the correct one we will attach the return label and give UPS the incorrect one to send back. But no they refuse to do that and told me the only way is to send the incorrct back and when they get then they will send me the one they should have sent me in the first place. So now I'm having them send me back my money for both lamps and will not ever do buisness with them ever. I would spend millions of $ more on any product to their competitors before the will ever see any money from me.

Do not buy a t.v bulb from this company

I recently purchased a bulb for my sony t.v from this company. First it was not a factory installed bulb as I asked and was told on phone and in an email. I should have sent it back then but we needed a bulb and I thought it would be fine. Then in less than 45 days my t.v started turning on slower and slower. In less than 50 days the warning that projection lamp was nearing it's end started appearing. Good thing I spent $150 and got a year warranty. WRONG! When I called I was informed that I have to send the bulb back to them for testing before they will send me another out. This means my family and I will be without a t.v for up to two weeks or more. This is do to no fault of ours but an apparently faulty bulb on their part! It hasn't even been two months! WOULD NOT RECOMMENED TO ANYONE!

I placed an order for a laptop battery. I then received an email stating that the item was on backorder. I emailed them to cancel my order and some little girl emailed me back saying that the item has been shipped. I asked why even send me a backorder email and I received no response. She was probably too busy on facebook.

Their website is easy to use, prices are well below normal for the bulbs I purchased and items arrived in great condition. This is a repeat purchase for the same product and the first lamp was good quality and is still working months later with a TV on 24-7; it is never turned off.

I ordered a product listed as compatible with my laptop and when I received the product it did not fit.  I returned the product but was charged an 25% restocking fee.  I explained that I ordered the part listed however they still charges the fee.  They said I ordered the wrong part, but again the part was listed as compatible.

Hello, I had to buy a lamp for my mom's tv ordered the wrong one so I had to return it for the correct one. Was not suppose to be charged a restocking fee as long as I ordered another bulb. I was charged the restocking fee and almost 2 months later I am still trying to get them to honor their policy. The first bulb almost took a month to get here also and I am only about 500 miles from there store ??

Just before Thanksgiving 2010, I ordered a replacement bulb for my 72" Toshiba TV. I also purchased a two year extended warranty. Boy was I a sucker. It's now Jan 7 and the bulb blew 5 days ago. I called their 888 number and couldn't get through after 3 attempts of being on hold for at least 25 minutes or more. Then emailed Keaira, in Customer Service, who apologized for the lamp failure and said she would send warranty replacement instructions in an email that afternoon. This was on Monday. It's now Friday and after multiple attempts via phone and email, I give up. This company does not provide good service nor do they do what they say they are going to do. Shocking they have been in business for so long. I have read other reviews and now see similar experience. Lessons learned the hard way. Hope this saves someonme from a similar experience.

They said part was in stock, after ordering it I got an email saying it wasn't. I cancelled the order after a week I still didn't receive my credit. I called and was told the part was in stock. I asked them to ship it out. I then got another email saying it was out of stock. Horrible experience.

The battery that I received is not new, will only hold 69% of the original charge, and reports being first put into operation in 2009 (not August 2010 when I bought it). It was inexpensive, but I clearly got what I paid for. The Internet site did not claim that the battery was brand new, but certainly the expectation was raised in my mind that this was the case. I am very disappointed, and will not use this vendor again.

Bought a laptop replacement battery for my 15" MacBook Pro. Product arrived relatively quickly, however when I opened the packaging, I found the battery dented and scratched. It looked old and used. To my dismay, it barely fit into my laptop because the plastic casing covering the metal prongs was bent. I examined the packaging and determined that the battery was not damaged in shipment, but was clearly used and abused.

When I called customer support, I received a voice message asking me to leave my info and they would call back immediately. It has been 3 hours and I have yet to receive a call.

Originally I ordered from this company because the pricing blew the competition out of the water and furthermore, it received relatively favorable comments on this site. I was somewhat wary of the pricepoint, but with mostly positive reviews, I thought I would take a chance. No thank you.  Don't shop here for laptop batteries unless you want a headache.

I received an email from their shipping dept saying that USPS rejected my home address as invalid but UPS accepted it as valid. I had even included the extended zip code on my order form and calls to the post office confirmed that they showed it as an active address (and I receive mail six days a week using that address). I can only assume that some data entry error or glitch at the merchant caused this problem. In any case, the package still arrived on time via UPS so no-harm-no-foul. There was the additional hassle of having to pre-arrange delivery with no signature with UPS that wouldn't have been needed with USPS parcel post.

Scam, I believe they send out the wrong product on purpose. They get you to send it back, do not send the correct item but instead give a refund minus restocking fee. The item I received had two return labels on the box, so with three restocking fees, they have made quite a bit on this item. And still have the item to scam someone else. Don't believe any good reviews you read.
