I will shop with them again IF the Ladies Cleveland driver arrives in time for Christmas. The website given for tracking in an email to me stated "no match" every time after repeated tries. I called the customer service no. and was told the order could not be tracked because it was being shipped from Cleveland in California. The only answer I was given is that it should be here in time. He thought they used Fed X, but not sure. He said I should have received an email that the golf club was being drop-shipped from the Mfr. in CA. I did not.

This was my first time using Great Golf Deals and it won't be my last. I first heard of them through a friend who purchases a driver from them and was very satisfied. I recently had my iron set stolen so I decided to give great golf deals a try. I ordered a set with custom specs so I called their representative and gave them all the details. They took my order and told me it would be about 2 weeks for delivery. The price was unbeatable and my clubs came in less than 2 weeks. I was so satisfied with my order that I have signed up for a club membership at Great Golf Deals. Highly Recommended.

Originally ordered Taylormade senior graphite Burner Super Launch 4 thru PW & AW. Said they were in stock and would ship within 2 days. After 2 days I e-mailed GreatGolfDeals to see about my order. Within 30 minutes they e-mailed me back and apologized telling me they had shipped all the quantities that they had in stock on previous orders ahead of mine. They said they were trying to get more in stock from the manufacter. The manufacter was out of stock and didn't know when they would have any more. They ask me I wanted to wait to see if they could get any more. In the meantime they offered me a better set. They offered me a set of Taylormade senior graphite 3 & 4 Hybrid, 5 thru pw. This is the same set as I wanted, just the 3 & 4 were hybrid clubs. The set they offered me was listed at $100 more than the original set I had ordered. They offered me a great deal on this set. I agreed to take this set. They shipped them and I had them in 2 days. In GreatGolfDeals defense, The Taylormade super launch senior graphite irons is very popular and hard to find. The way and timely manner they handled my order, I was very pleased and will buy from them again. Everyone I talked to at GreatGolfDeals was nice and I would highly recommend them to anyone. This was my first time purchasing at Great Golf Deals and it won't be my last. I ordered a set of irons but needed them customized to my specs. They took my custom order and told me it would be about 2 weeks because the set had to be ordered from TaylorMade. About 1 week later I received my irons as they were directly shipped to me from TaylorMade and they were perfect. Glad I found GGD and I will be using them again soon.

still have not gotten my order. i guess it was lost from what I was told. i sent 2 e-mail inquiries and did a live chat with no answers. also left a message at the 866 number. finally got a person on the phone and he said he would look into. did not hear back so i called AGAIN. the person told me the order was lost and they would send out another. i asked for it to be sent fed ex. well i still do not have goods..hopefully today. they should have given me a discount on the product or tokk off the shipping charges.

I got fitted for a new set of Callaway Razr X irons at my local Golf Galaxy then called Great Golf Deals to order them. I just gave them my custom specs and they ordered the set from Callaway and they arrived in about 1 week in perfect condition. And I saved almost $100 dollars on the set. I highly recommend these guys even if you need customized clubs. I will definitely be back.

I needed a custom set of callaway irons so I called them and gave them by specs. Customer Service told me it would be about 2 weeks for delivery since it had to be custom built by Callaway. It actually came in about 10 days! The clubs were great (exactly what I needed), the price was great and the service was even better. I highly recommend Great Golf Deals if your looking to save money on some new golf equipment. I will be back.

I ordered an "in stock" item on Aug 2. As of Sep 2, I am still waiting for the item, despite the fact that my credit card was charged immediately. There was no commication from the company about the delay. They did send me an email on Aug 20 saying my order would ship in 4-7 days....still no golf club though. I just cancelled and would advise others to avoid this store if you want to receive your order and value customer service.

If you're anything like me, you always think twice before making sizable purchases on-line from a vendor with the lowest price and no feedback. Well, now Great Golf Deals has feedback and it was absolutely an excellent shopping experience.

I placed my order early afternoon on a Monday and, as promised, it was shipped the following day. If I had been a few hours quicker on my purchase decision, it would have been same day. They say that they send an email with tracking information within 48 hours. I received an email saying it was shipped, but no tracking data. This was not a big deal, since any phone calls or emails were responded to very quickly, and they followed up with the details. The item was shipped on time for the weekend, for free. Not a bad deal.

The best part about the transaction, the driver was about $50 cheaper than retail stores and far cheaper than anywhere else on line. With the money I saved, I picked up a few other accessories that I was pleased with (club glove head covers, I highly recommend these).

I will certainly purchase items from them in the future.
